Always warm and friendly. .. had the same set on for 3 weeks.... no chips or cracks all intact and in good condition apart from growth which I can't blame them for so all good!!

I had my eyebrows done her and they looked really good after but the reason I dropped 2 stars is because of the customer service. The woman doing them was on the phone the whole time and didn't engage...
I had my eyebrows done her and they looked really good after but the reason I dropped 2 stars is because of the customer service. The woman doing them was on the phone the whole time and didn't engage in any conversation with me which I expect when going to any place like this.

Every month i go here paying £25 each time, always happy with my nails, hence why I always go back and the service is good. Unfortunately one of my nails broke 2 days after getting them done. I went back to get it repaired (They do it free if it's damaged within a week) WOW....doesn't their attitude and service change. First I had, well they are long so not suprised you broke it! She pulled and pushed my finger so hard it hurt for an hour after. The wrong size nail has been put on it curves off to left and looks wonky. She really wasn't happy. I said thank you and I got grunted at!! This was the owner that sort of fixed my nail. The other lady came up to me and said be careful from now on. I'm not 4 years old!!! Such a shame I won't be going there again because of this. I'm not being treated like that I was very upset with them and I have one noticeable stupid nail, which I am trying to sort myself.

I walked in on the day and within 10 minutes I was seen. I had actrilic nails, one of the best I've had done in a long time, the staff were friendly and very professional. It's been a little over 2 weeks and all my nails are still on with no chips or cracks. They have lasted very well. I am going to return to get them filled today. I highly recommend Hollywood nails.

this was one of the worst nail places that i have been. i paid £25.00 last Saturday and 3 of them are cracked and 4 have snapped off. only 3 of the actual acrylic nails have not snapped chipped and broken.

It's been a little over 2 weeks and all my nails are still on with no chips or cracks. They have lasted very well. I am going to return to get them filled today. I highly recommend Hollywood nails.
