Had a set of Gel nails done here with tips and normal polish top coat costing £30. I don't know anything about nails and was so excited on getting them done as it was my first set and a treat. Naturally I wanted to ask a couple of questions, oh my god!....the attitude was simply disgusting from staff. I felt awful for the rest of the time and it ruined my whole experience. I thought to myself at the time, I shouldn't stop this bad ecperience stopping me from asking questions, as i wanted to learn. I said to the guy doinh my nails that I feel like your treating me as if I'm insulting you by asking some questions. This made no difference at all, he just dismissed it. He still had an attitude so I continued asking what I wanted to know. I asked if gell or acrylic were better? How long the nails would last? I asked him if he could push my cuticles back a bit and he rolled his eyes and tuted and said later aggressively. I didn't know the difference between French and American manicure so asked about that as I wanted to know before I chose. I received such and attitude by asking these questions I then said. Is this place only for people that know about nails then, as your treating me as if I should know all these things. I was trying to make the best of a bad situation. I opted for colore in the end. Nails turned out well but I recommend you only go here if you know exactly what you want and ask no questions! If your not looking for a friendly chat or any information you will be fine!
