Kay did my pedicure. This was my first time seeing her. I swear this was the best pedicure I ever had in my WHOLE ENTIRE life. I've seen Dawn there before. I hope neither of these ladies ever disappear on me. The only reason I didn't give my experience last night a 5 star is because the hot towel whe wrapped my legs in was way too hot. I’ve been going to this place for my pedi’s since it first opened. I went this morning and was assigned Cathy. She seemed to be in a rush while I was picking out my nail color. When she started doing my pedi she wasn’t cutting them right nor filing them right. It really annoyed and irritated me and I had to make her stop and get the manager. I told the manager that she didn’t know what she was doing and I wanted someone that would do my toes the correct way. She told me that ...Cathy was new and I understand that people have to start somewhere but to me she just didn’t seem like she knew how to do nails period. I was then assigned Grace and she did an amazing job! Not sure if she’s just that good or if it was bc I had to act a certain way to get my toes done right. The place is nice, I love the big selection of nail colors but everyone in there does NOT know how to do nails, pedi’s, brows, etc.... Before I didn’t have a good experience with someone doing my brows so I just stop getting them done there. For the prices that are charged for services all the workers should be really good. I've been following Jessica for a year now. I started with microblading eyebrows, and nails and now I can't go anywhere else. Ive been here for four years after moving from California and I haven't found anyone that can do what she does. .she has also started a facial regime and I'm too excited to to the results. Horrible customer service, drove forty minutes to get a reflexology massage to be in fifteen minutes and have to walk out. A massage is to relax not to hear people talk the whole time. The way the manager reacted to the situation was ridiculous, he obviously didn’t care about a customer. Last time there for sure, don’t recommend this place for someone who is trying to relax! 2 reasons why I didn't give it a 5 star . 1. As soon as I arrived and was picking my powder color , my nail tech would not give me space nor time to look . She was standing right next to me the whole time !!! It drove me nuts! I kept walking around the table just to get her off of me but she still followed and stood right next to me , to the point where we were rubbing arms !!!! I kindly told her to give me time and space because I felt pressured. She did not move at all!!! I... was close to walking out when one of the other customers told me that they always do that there ! I have no idea why but it was really uncomfortable. It was my first time here btw. So I sucked it up. My pedicure was decent and I loved my nails !!! They're perfect and will be going back. The 2nd reason why i didn't get a 5 star was because my nail tech seemed annoyed and rushed through my full set . They came out nice , I admit.
