Expensive, did not listen to my teenage daughters request and tried to increase the price unfairly.
Long wait 30.ins after booking an appointment and forgot about her for 25mins when she was finished...
Expensive, did not listen to my teenage daughters request and tried to increase the price unfairly.
Long wait 30.ins after booking an appointment and forgot about her for 25mins when she was finished on the dryers!

Disappointed with my nails today first time I’ve had them infilled but feel like the man that did them didn’t take much care with them I’m gems are wonky and not in a straight line and he didn’t shape...
Disappointed with my nails today first time I’ve had them infilled but feel like the man that did them didn’t take much care with them I’m gems are wonky and not in a straight line and he didn’t shape my nails very well ethier not happy has they charged me £30 pounds today but not totally happy with my nails he didn’t check them too see if they were all shaped the same a lot of money so wouldn’t have them done here again people arm friendly but service of nails could be improved

Appointment was on time, I was offered a latte and cookie.
Love my natural ombre nails, good shape and thickness.
Will definitely be a returning customer x

Me and my daughter went here for the first time to get our nails done very pleased they look amazing staff are so freindly and made us feel very welcome tried a few nail bars in glos but this one is ...
