I had my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed here. I have been getting waxes for over 10 years. I was a little worried because the girl didn't ask whether the temperature of the wax was ok and she didn't pull the skin taught. When it came to my jaw, the paper just pulled my skin and didn't wax any hairs. After trying twice, the girl offered to thread. Very sore and red. The girl did have good customer service and didn't charge me for the chin wax, but she simply wasn't good at waxing. Back home, I can also see that she has taken more off my eyebrows than I like - making them wider apart than usual. Even though there is a very clear blue print as I have waxes every 2 weeks.
