I try to only go here when I have an appointment set with Tutu because she is excellent!! When she’s not in and I can’t wait, it’s awful. You will make an “appointment”, but wait at least 30 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. The manager schedules people too close together so everyone is always behind. I struggled with a rating to give this salon because my nails came out great and my nail lady was incredibly sweet. However I felt just like a number and not a client, I have been searching for a new nail salon in this area and have struggled because everywhere I go the service is rude. As sweet as my lady was she never asked me if I wanted anything to drink. Another client who came and sat in front of me was asked right as she sat down if she wanted anything to drink. I had ...just had the most rough day at work and was looking forward to visiting this salon because a coworker of mine raved about it and talked about how they serve glasses of wine and the nail technicians make their best efforts not to talk in a foreign language in front of customers because it is just rude. This was not the case however, my technician and the technician seated next to her continued on with a full conversation in a foreign language the entire duration of my appointment. I've been today. Gel manicure is ok, however pedicure is just horrible. I had to work on that to fix by myself at home after I paid money for it. I go to this spa for many years. It depends who does the work. I would suggest that probably light should be adjusted at pedicure area so it's more visible for your employees to see what they do. It's really frustrating to see what you didn't expect to see. Your customers want to enjoy the result,it makes them feel well then. I wish my advise helps. Read Less

The reason I only gave them 4 stars was not because of Alex but the front desk people. They also seem to be busy doing something else, and all they want is payment. I have been coming to this salon for a while and love the service i receive from Christine, she is always professional and on time. If there is ever a change she contacts me in a timely manner, she always has my wine ready and great service is rendered. I just wanted two facials for me and my girlfriend. I may not look well dressed but I felt very judged and I like to spend money on quality service. I hate bad customer service at a well known spot. My girl was just looking st the nail polishes and the workers were looking at us. Not only that the lady that helped us went back over to her and you know kept asking if she needed a mani pedi but I could just tell by the vibes and eye contact and felt uncomfortable. it was fast however it felt like the man who was doing them was doing the job half heartedly and the end result of the shellac nail polish was streaky. also my acrylics peeled off within 3-4 days. the staff were mostly rude and i am so disappointed i payed £35 for 3-4 days of nails that should last weeks Read Less

I paid £30 for my nails and 2 peeled off the next day. They corrected it but another 3 peeled the day after. When i went back i said i dont have 3 hours to spend on my nails and that i would like refund. The shop owner was very rude, was shouting at me from far distance in broken English that they dont do refunds and then he was shouting in Vietnamese at his poor staff. He me feel so bad i really was shocked by his behaviour. I have my own salon i would never ever treat customer like this. Im disgusted by this place and i feel sorry for the people working in there!
