Atmosphere is changing there ,and customer service isn't priority. I believe everyone should be treated the same ...coming through the door. It shouldn't take a customer to tell the nail tech ...she was here first ma'am . Think the opening times on here need to be changed. Came past serval times and it's never open, despite your page saying that you are open, and the note on the door said you will be open at 5.15pm for sunbeds as well as on your Facebook page. Got here at 5.20 and was waiting until 5.45 with no sign of you opening. Not a great way of running a business. When looking in the window when I came by a couple of days ago , the manicure desk was a mess with used cotton pads lying around so doesn't look like the most hygienic place either. Went here for full set and pedicure paid $100, a week later my nails were lifting and my toe nail polish was chipping. Went back for them to fix it and not even 3 days later after they fix it the clear gel on my nails is coming off. This place is over priced and use cheap products. Read Less

It was amazing!!! They're so good at nails they can do almost anything! The service is amazing and will fit you in anytime! Getting my hair ombré and a manicure tomorrow I have no doubts at all if your going to get your hair nails or even a cool tan I recommend this by far! My experience has been amazing!!! Next day... My ombré hair is amazing! I had my hair styled in an up-do for my wedding and Veronica went out of her way to give me what I asked for. Not only did it look beautiful but it lasted the whole day. Her daughter also came in to do some of my guests' hair which made it a fun family affair. She provided a trial to test and try different styles a couple of weeks prior to the wedding which gave me a very good idea of what worked for me. Yesterday was my second time to go to this place. I got a different guy this time and was very disappointed with him. I have been getting the hot stone with hot wax pedicure for many years and the one I got yesterday was not near what I have gotten for the price I paid! Then he proceeded to do my nails at the same time and was very uncomfortable trying to hold the bowl in my lap as I soaked my nails and get the pedicure at the same time!!! When he finished the polishing ...my toes, he never asked if wanted a design, the first time I did not get one! I felt like he did not want to do it, and I would probably be disappointed with his designing anything, so did not ask. We then went to his station to finish my nails. He managed to "burn/cut" at least 6 fingers and never applied any antiseptic or do more than mumble one "sorry"!! A large group of ladies came in and he got in a real hurry to finish my nails -- got very sloppy and skipping several steps I am use to getting with all my manicures for many years!!! He put the top coat on, and I put my hands in the light box and when it turned off, he put the oil on and walked away. I went to pay and the manager questioned him about the charges but since it was not in English, no one offered to explain it all to me! I got home and noticed my nails had a bluish.gray tint instead of clear like it always is! I had another appointment to get to or I would have turned around to have them redone!!! But knowing the large party of plus other walkins there, I am sure I would have had to sit for a long time and did not have the time!! I tried to call but never got an answer! What can I say about this salon but a million thanks for such a fantastic first class service, when I first moved to Bourton I was unsure of where to go for my hair and nails, but the minute I first walked into there, I was given such a warm welcome I not only came away with fantastic hair & nails but felt I'd made 2 very good friends in Aleshya & Ronnie!!!!!!
