Normally so happily with my results, well my last experience I booked an appointment for 1pm on Christmas Eve and wasn't seen until 3pm. They were all bumpy and had bubbles underneath the top coat and forgot to paint one of my nails, and made two of my fingers bleed where they were rushing to close. And so they say the shop is open until 6pm well I must of rang and rang around 20 odd times and still no answer yet they were just on the phone. Service has most definitely gone down hill. Read Less
