Do not buy any vouchers from this business if there is any likelihood that you might want or need a time extension. I was given a voucher as a Christmas present. Unfortunately being a walker , (and covering quite a few miles) I had cut down all my toenails for comfortable walking and they aren't yet long enough for a pedicure. I asked for an extension thinking I could use it into summer. However, they wouldn't consider an extension at all. I must use it by March. I explained the situation to no avail. They wouldn't budge. They are a business they said. To me , a good business thinks about its customers and could perhaps adopt some compromise. Not Emmy nails! That's it for me- time to find another nail salon. Not happy at all i have had gel nails done for years and an beauty therapist myself this was my first time in cheltenham hoping to find a good place. I would not recommend going here my nails looked worse when i left. And i was just told oh well thats how they look which is not how you want your clients leaving with half arsed job. Tomorrow i will have to go and get them redone again somewhere better hopefully. I would avoid here. Read Less
