I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE I NOW HAVE CUT SORE RED BLEEDING FINGERS! The staff were friendly and polite. The decorations are fresh, clean .The only reason I have only given it 1 star is because THE UTENSIL HYGIENE SEEMS SLOPPY. My shellac finger nail treatment (2 coats) did not last more than a week, HOWEVER they readily re-did them without any fuss (3 coats) & so far 3 days later they are still perfect. THIS IS THE THING THAT WORRIED ME....during the re-doing of my nails I noticed that nail files were shared amongst the staff carrying out both finger nail & toe nail treatments of different clients & not sterilised or even washed when passed over! AND THEN THE BIGGEST PROBLEM...the pleasant girl doing my finger nails cut back the skin to such a point that they BLED, I did tell her & of course she noticed because I jumped & because of the blood on my fingers! to which she pressed a 'tear off match' from a book of matches to soak up the blood, I presume this is so that fluff from cotton wool doesn't stick to the wet varnish? This additional pressing made my fingers sting & now I am left with red inflammed, sore finger nails & am rather worried about infection! The tools were not taken from a sterilising pot & were also shared amongst the girls between clients. I have have recovered from breast cancer but always need to be very careful of cuts in my left arm & hand because of the risk of lymphedema! They need to be improve cleansing processes during the day, I am sure that all the files, clippers & scissors etc are sterilised over night?? Read Less
