I take great care of my nails as they naturally can get quite long, i went there as a last min option after travelling i had my shellac on for a very long time. Went here to take it off and re apply shellac however the women used a nail drill which should only be used on acrylics she used it so harshly my actual nail was damaged to the point where they hurt and i had to tell her to stop. Nail drills are not to be used to take shellac off a proper way to do it is to soak it in acetone which she did not do! My nails were strong and thick before the visit however after even shellac they bent every time i tried doing something which never happens to me even with normal polish as my nails are incredibly strong. Obviously after the fact of her ruining my nails there’s not much i could’ve done but never return again. Read Less

Some of the staff very nice some are incredibly rude and don’t listen they seem too do as they please I’ve witnessed one guy get angry at a customer because she wanted something that was going to take longer than he’d like, I’ve been going there for years I’ve had nice nails and I’ve also had not so nice they don’t have much of a selection only colours but pattern or gems very little.
