HBB is my fav place to visit! i have been using these fabulous girls since the pure beauty days and there hasn't been a time when they've disappointed!! i get a full set of acrylics done every two/three weeks with karen and they are always amazing, i get complimented on the colour wherever i go! and charl is the dream lash queen, ive recently starting having my eyelashes LVLed and i couldn't live without it anymore! and i couldn't forgot the semi/perm make up, i will never go anywhere else for my lip blush (pics below) highly recommend for the quality and also the atmosphere the girls have there! I came to get my nails done last week, within 24 hours two gels had peeled off whole, two had chipped , to be fair the girls did offer to re do them , so I went back today , only when I've come home to find once again the gel is attached to my skin on my nails , the gel flooded over my cuticles and when I've asked fellow nail technicians they've been appalled at the quality . To which I'm going to have to pay to get them re done by another technician , just to mention I only ...went here due to my regular technician being on holiday! ( I wish i hadn't ) The salon is nice and the girls were friendly but it's a shame their product doesn't match! I have to have pristine nails for work and unfortunately these are far from the required uniform standard I require! I should've been offered a refund ... I won the semi permanent like and share competition and I was over the moon, viewing Karen's pictures I knew I would be in amazing hands and that I was! She was completely professional, thorough in her work and made sure I was happy as well as advising me! I had my top up yesterday after 5 weeks even though they still looked great , little fade , however they now look amazing and I'm so glad I had them! Have my eyebrows done here love them :) staff are friendly :) Recently had my HD makeup done here would recommend it lasted all night no smudging patchiness ect was asked how I like it what colours and it looked really good when finished. Booked an appointment and was told that I hadn't been booked in after waiting for 25 minutes in reception without being acknowledged. I would have been sat there all day had I not asked about it.
