I had a very good experience I usually go all the way to Connecticut is an hour drive I've been going to my nail tech over 10 years now but me moving out to Springfield I had to find something local someone that know how to do nails just like my nail tech and that is also very clean and not a loud place .. I went to a few of them out here in Springfield and I was very very disappointed it was very loud very dirty they're not even interacting with a customer and interacting am...ongst themselves when I left there the next thing I know my nail breaks nails chip and I always say these are my real nails so I like them to be done correctly I also leave a tip but it's hard to leave a good tip when you don't find a good place so this was my last solution and I finally found someone that could do my nails and now I'm working on getting designs because I love getting nail designs on my nails . I've only been able to go once so far and when I did it was awesome. I got super fun halloween nails and V and Vu were awesome to talk to, great conversation and great people, and the best nails ever.

I've been getting my nails done here for 4 years now and they never disappoint. Every staff member here is amazing and highly skilled. My nails always come out perfect. Would highly recommend

Love it here. I've had my nails done by Kim, V, & Vu and I'm never dissatisfied. Kim slays my eyebrows. See u guys in 3 weeks!

I live near this establishment was hoping i would make this my nail spa there is always a wait even for eyebrows and at times they are not very pleasent small staffed need more nail techs

Carla is absolutely amazing at doing eyebrows!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend her!! I get so many compliments on my eyebrows since I started going to Carla!!

It's a nice friendly place. Problem is you go there to relax but yesterday I was melting in there. A little while to cool down but they did a nice job!

I love this place! They treat you like a part of their family which is the best kind of relaxation. V does great nail designs and you always leave with nails that are perfect! :)

I had a very good experience I usually go all the way to Connecticut is an hour drive I've been going to my nail tech over 10 years now but me moving out to Springfield I had to find something local someone that know how to do nails just like my nail tech and that is also very clean and not a loud place ..
