I booked in at Shi as I was in the area for work. I was delighted with the level of service. It is a really friendly salon but it is also very professional and the decor and cleanliness is of a really high standard. I had semi permanent lashes and a pedicure and both were excellent.

They'll go out of their way to get the colors you want, however they already have a great selection! Love their service and pleasant atmosphere! Tell them Gail sent you!

I just went here for my first time today and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is great, clean, and friendly. The ladies were all pleasant and nice to be around. Kelly did my nails and she took her time and put 110% effort into them. A lot of the places I go to try to rush through them in order to sit more customers. Not here! I left there incredibly happy. This is definitely my new nail place!!

I gave this place three tries and all three were terrible. The first left me with a manicure with black specs in it, and the second time they destroyed my nails when they took off the gel leaving me in pain. Not sure why I even went back. This last time, and the final straw, was when I made an appointment and waited a 15 mins only for them to tell me that tipping was cash only and I needed to leave and go to a bank to get them their tip. I came back to only have to wait an additional 15 minutes before I just left. Horrible and rude.

I've bee several times. They do a great job and it's very clean. Last time the smell of remover and polish was very strong and unpleasant making the experience less joyful than previous times.

I just went here for my first time today and it was wonderful. The atmosphere is great, clean, and friendly. The ladies were all pleasant and nice to be around. I gave this place three tries and all three were terrible. The first left me with a manicure with black specs in it, and the second time they destroyed my nails when they took off the gel leaving me in pain. Not sure why I even went back. This last time, and the final straw, was when I made an appointment and waited a 15 mins only for them to tell me that tipping was cash only and I needed to leave and go to a bank to get them their tip.
