First experience was good, even though I said I wanted a regular manicure and was talked into the powder dip. It was great it lasted long but I don’t like the thickness and the look when my nails grew. I went back to get a regular manicure and pedicure along with the dip removed. Pedicure was great. After starting my manicure they took my girl and gave her to someone else and the one who came to finish tried to talk me into the dip again. Then when I paid I was charged $8 to remove the gel. Was not very happy with that and loosing the girl originally doing my manicure who I liked. Read Less

I brought my boyfriend's little sister here (she's 8 years old), and they were awesome with her. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire place was very clean. Everything was enjoyable including the employees. I even had to come back later in the day to fix one of my nails that chipped, and they remembered me and helped me right away. Nice atmosphere very pretty and clean. Was not offered a beverage as I saw other customers were which I thought was odd. The woman who did my nails did great on my pedi but took an extremely long time to do a less than average job on my gel manicure. No Atm on premises and no tip option on cards. Been going to Sanctuary for around 2.5 years now as a regular client. First getting beauty and subsequently hair too. This is one of the best beauticians I've ever been to. Hi so i have been going to sanctury about a year now and i cant praise them all enough. I went to then with years of build up from box dye black hair and i wanted to return to my original colour so after stripping and re colouring my hair it has never been in such great health for years. Jackie was amazing with talking thru everything she needed to do to get my hair as i wanted it and continuously made sure i understood all that she was saying . I will never go back to box dyes and will forever be a regular customer to sanctury and highly recommend them to anyone i also have my daughter going to them regularly now xxx Read Less

My daughter got her hair done here and they said her hair would be silver when she left. She paid £200 and came out with ginger hair!! We contacted the salon on a few occasions for her then to be told that it's a process the salon offered her a free toner to rectify it but they told her before the appointment she would have silver hair. so she bought everything she was told to buy so another £200 later she still doesn't have silver hair so would not recommend this salon to anyone.
