Booked in for St Tropez spray tan, arrived on time for appointment and was left waiting 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and that's was only after I rang the bell. I had to endure a 15 minute moaning session between a member of staff and kanother client in what is meant to be a relaxing environment! Finally showed in to tan booth and told to get ready and was left another 10 minutes. Just before the I was about to get sprayed I had to ask what tan she was us...ing and was told fake bake, I said I had booked In for st Tropez and was told she didn't know why I would ask for that and fake bake was the best. Anyway taking a professionals word I agreed to go ahead and what a mistake that was! Came out the booth covered in dark patches And was told it was the light and it would be fine! OMG I woke up and looked like a umpa lumpa. Needless to say I complained And was told I would be given a refund and the manager would call, I was given some Advise on how to get if off from a very friendly, genuine member of staff the following morning but a week later have still to hear from management. I did get a refund however only because I went into shop, the money was handed over however no questions were asked!! See More Read Less
