Been going to Glow for various beauty treatments since it opened and recommend it often to friends and family. Staff are lovely, very friendly and professional, I have had many therapists and always impressed with all, especially Sarah and Darcy. Any (minor) issues I've experienced have been dealt with very well and respectfully. Also find it unfair that people who have never been are leaving bad reviews. Totally unfair that people have posted and given a one star rating even though they have never used the salon and are basing it on a review from their friend. I appreciate that the client was unhappy but should have complained with the owner and not across a review page. Had the best massage I've ever had with Cherrelle recently, couldn't fault it. Have had quite a few massages and this was definitely the best. I am very impressed by Envy Nails and my first experience there. I had just gotten a pedicure elsewhere, the nail art of which was not good at all. I stumbled into Envy Nails and they redid my nail art for minimal charge and I loved it so much I even got a manicure while I was there! I am extremely impressed with this salon! I have been living in Massachusetts for 3 years and have yet to find a salon that I love-until now. I am very picky and completely OCD with my nails-especially when it comes to the shape... no one ever gets them just right, until I tried Envy! They are always perfect. I am also a preschool teacher, and bartend on the side so I wash my hands about a million times a day. The water usually makes my nails lift or come off. Not anymore! These nails are so durable. I have been to many nail salons in the area, I always get a cold feeling and the atmosphere is always very fake. I came to envy nails and it haut felt right. The staff is so friendly, they call you by name. You can tell they care about the service and you! I have found the salon I will continue to go back to!
