Just booked in for a gel soak off and gels on my nails. I went and reiterated that I was in for a gel soak off on my feet. The technician started filing with an electric sander the gel off. I said “I want a soak off. The reason why I have gels is my nails are thin” she spoke in her own language to the other staff but she carried on sanding the gel off, my nails were getting warm. I pulled my feet away a few times as it was getting warm. I said “I need a soak off” again. This was ignored. I ended up walking out on the edge of tears with one foot of nails that had been sanded off against my wishes and walked to the other salon down the street!! I wish I could add a photo of mine and my friend nails, they have done a terrible job just because we are young!! I have different size nail, they have been filed so they look like they are all pointing east, the diamonds are all over the place, I asked for them to rectify the problem and they told me everything was fine!! Took £25.00 of my birthday money and left me with really bad nails! Read Less
