Had a 9.30 appointment this morning for a pedicure. After waiting 25mins, I was told that they only had one massage chair available as the other one was broken, and she would be another 10 mins. Half an hour later, I got called, sat down and put my feet in the water, and the nail technician went off to paint another customers nails. I called over and asked who was doing my pedicure, and was told someone will be with me in 2mins. Let's just say they cant tell the time, and ended up waiting over an hour before they even started the pedicure, and the manager wasnt helpfull said I can come back tomorrow if I didn't want it done today! I am not the only customer they left waiting today and they were accepting more customers through the door today saying 10 mins. :( Read Less

Had an appointment in December and was left waiting for 45 minutes. No apology or communication just told to wait while watching others walk in and get served straight away. Also I would like to add my nails are in a really bad condition after coming here! Definitely learnt from this and would like to warn others. Read Less
