This is the second time I’ve called to make an appointment during the day and had to wait to get my nails done. Honestly if someone makes an appointment it’s clear that they need to be seen at that exact time. What pisses me off more is that I was the only customer in there this time so there’s no reason why I had to be told to sit and wait after I picked out my nail and toe colors. I love The Nail Bar!! I've been going to them and only them for at least the past 6 months or so. The owner, Kevin, is extremely nice and attentive. When it comes to Nexgen manicures, I highly recommend Tammy. I go to her every time and she does an amazing job. I also get pedicures from other staff members and haven't had a bad experience. I started going to The Nail Bar when I lived in Austin Ranch because it was convenient and close, but now I live in Carrollton and continue to go because they're just that good! Highly recommend! I enjoy going here , everyone is very warm and friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting to either be there with friends or by yourself relaxing with a mimosa this is the only place I will get my nails done even if there is a wait when I go during peak hours . I've been going to The Nail Bar for just about a year now, after frequenting many different nail salons over the last 2 years. I could never find that one place that I super loved. Found this gem located right off of windhaven parkway and the staff is AMAZING! I've had my nails done by just about everyone! Tammy is crazy creative! Danni is The bomb! Ana is wonderful! I’ve been to The Nail Bar twice now. Once for a Nex Gen full set and once for another full set and a pedicure. They are absolutely amazing! Dani is super attentive and gives you EXACTLY what you ask for. On top of that she is super sweet.
