I've been going to this nail spa for 2 years and HAD been a loyal customer until I got a phone call today saying that I had to prepay due to rescheduling a couple of appointments recently. I never "no showed" and always called when the time no longer worked. I will never prepay for spa appointments and they just lost me as a loyal paying customer. AND, this nail spa is not cheap!!!

This is the best nail salon I've ever been too! It's just a little more than your traditional nail salon however, it's peaceful, quiet, and they take their time. It''s so relaxing and they give you a face mask to cover your eyes to help you get in your Zen mood. You can even choose head, neck, and arm massage to go with a pedicure!!! Thank you Lin!!!

I don't go here every time I need a pedicure but only because it's a little pricey (heavenly pedicure) and it's nice to have as a treat once a month. The service is excellent and it's nice and quiet without TV's, talking and phones ringing. It's truly a zen experience and I love the reclining chairs, massages,sleep masks and warm blankets!

It was my first time going to Zen and they exceeded all my expectations. I have autoimmune problems and was missing a part of my nail. They fixed that and made my nails look like a magazine while giving me wine! They made me feel very special. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is perfect too. No chattering. All you hear is soft music and the water falling off the water fountain. Lynn was my nail tech. She is great!

I've been going to this nail spa for 2 years and HAD been a loyal customer until I got a phone call today saying that I had to prepay due to rescheduling a couple of appointments recently. It was my first time going to Zen and they exceeded all my expectations. I have autoimmune problems and was missing a part of my nail. They fixed that and made my nails look like a magazine while giving me wine! They made me feel very special. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is perfect too. No chattering. All you hear is soft music and the water falling off the water fountain. Lynn was my nail tech. She is great!
