I have always rated this nail salon for always being flexible and fast service BUT I was so disappointed with service today.. booked mid week for an 11am appt for a shellac and pedicure.. arrived at 1...
I have always rated this nail salon for always being flexible and fast service BUT I was so disappointed with service today.. booked mid week for an 11am appt for a shellac and pedicure.. arrived at 11 and waited until 11.55 to even have my nails prepped.. when I said how long is pedi going to take I was told it takes an hour - I said to the girl I’ve already been waiting 55 minutes! Scrapped the pedi as I was now short on time.. no apology, not really sure why you book an appt here when they don’t stick to the times.. was really looking forward to having this done for holiday the next day but had to settle for just having nails done.. this salon has gone downhill somewhat and seems understaffed.. poor front of house girl running round trying to please about 6 customers at the same time.. salon seems to have taken on too much for the amount of staff they have.. will try one of the other new nail bars in Sun St next time!

Worst place to go to, booked an appointment and still had to wait for 30 minutes the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The color has bubbles in them and a very poorly job for the price you pay. Don't recommend my worst enemy there. There is lots of other places close by that do a better job for same price..

So not impressed with this shop! I paid £25 for a full set of acrylics when I normally only pay £18 in a different shop, only for the colour to start to fade off not even a week later and one of the nails is a different shape!! Won't be going back.

Nails came off within a week, went back and the day after they came off again. Avoid as you will just be wasting your money and your time.

They do not cut corners. Other salons tend to now soak off old gel, quick file of the nails and redo the gel. For the same cost at Nail Care, it's more like a mini manicure that you get. Also , they ...
They do not cut corners. Other salons tend to now soak off old gel, quick file of the nails and redo the gel. For the same cost at Nail Care, it's more like a mini manicure that you get. Also , they leave the pedicures to the men to do and they far better job.
