I have been there a few times with no problems. But today was terrible. I walker in and asked if they could do a nail art. The guy said yeah easy. Well he can't paint nails 11 times he tried to do a nail one nail. He couldn't do it I was there 3 hours just for infills. I was in tears and all the guy would do was laugh at me. Hi I wanted to mention this as I’m not happy, I tried your nail salon for the first time on 22nd December, after tonnes of recommendations on social media. A young girl stuck the tips on and then peter completed the filing and acrylic side. I then went to have a ‘file down & change of colour’ today 9 days after having a full set and the lady said I had to have infills and 1 replacement nail all due to I had them too long! People have there nails much longer than I had mine an...d don’t require infills a week later! I’m really upset that I paid £26 for my full set 9 days ago and £16 for my infills and 1 nail replacement today. I want to return to your salon but I think this needs to be rectified before I do so. Dreadful nail salon extremely rude rude staff had to have my nails done again through no fault of my own but I was treated like utter crap, staff do not respond completely ignore you or argue with you. Prebooked told white tips were £20 on phone the man then challenged my friend on the price whilst she was about to get them done! Claiming it was £25 it clearly states £20 on leaflets and on Facebook! Then said so what you gonna do are you having them or not? No manners and I'm... sure prices are made up as they go along tried patching my nails by adding more colour which obviously isn't going to bond tried sanding gel on my natural nails off and hurt me! Went here for the first time today. The staff were really friendly which made a lovely change to the place I usually go to! My nails look great and also reasonably priced! Will be going here from now on 😊 Also love that they are open on Sundays- so handy! Read Less

Highly recommend, changed to nailux after being at another salon for years and don't have a bad thing to say about it! Good quality, staff are helpful and polite also the lady who does the brows etc is spot on! So reasonably priced! Been back for the 4th time today and still really impressed! My daughter had her nails done here and they were awful! The nails were wonky and had chips in them. One looked melted at the top. The salon took full advantage of her being young and without an adult and charged her full price despite the obvious mistakes when putting them on. Read Less

Booked an appointment here for Wednesday at 5.45 to be told when we got there that they was closing at 6 and 'don't have time' staff was rude and made my friend feel very uncomfortable. Went to another nail shop and was told my full set I had done my nailux 2 weeks before had to come off as they was already lifting! Will not be returning and would highly not advise this place! Had my nails done on the 9th of this month , acrylic and i paid £33 pound for a full set, by the 14th of this month i had 3 nails fallen off and all the rest were on there way out as i could pull them off without being in pain, the man who served me tried to make me pay another £15!
