My first visit to MiniLux North Park was amazing!! I was very impressed with the customer service, cleanliness and overall comfort of the salon! Anna, my nail tech, was very professional, knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills! She outlined the specifics of the techniques and ingredients of the nail polish along with explaining options to fit my wallet and personality! Anna is now my go-to nail technician!! I am pleased with my mani/pedi and have made a new friend in the process! Schedule with Anna and you will not be disappointed!

I love all the Miniluxe that I have been to including the one at Preston Center and Uptown. I don't know if it is because this is a mall location but the service is sub par. I spoke to a supervisor Amanda there and I think I know where everyone gets their attitude from. She is snappy and rude. She has no customer service skills. If you don't like treating people right then she is in the wrong job. I can see and hear her being rude to her workers. When a boss treats her worker like that then it rubs off on everyone. Again, if you like Miniluxe then go to their other locations because they will treat you better.

Since I love wine, I can go get a mini/pedi and enjoy a glass of wine while being serviced. My daughter recommended it to me and since then I've been hooked

I love all the Miniluxe that I have been to including the one at Preston Center and Uptown. I don't know if it is because this is a mall location but the service is sub par.
