They messed up my nails really badly and when I called about it they said to come in anytime to get them done again free of charge. I came in the next time I had free time, which was two weeks later, and they said they wouldn't do anything because I didn't come in soon enough and I had to just walk out. Very unprofessional to not hold up promises and waste my time. I didn't expect a free set of nails for their mistake, but after they offered it I certainly did and was very disappointed when they didn't keep their word.

I have always had good results here. I do walk ins so various technicians have helped me, and the entire staff does great quality work.

I have been going here for the past year now and have enjoyed every visit! I always go to Emily and she never fails to make sure my nails are how I want them to look. Staff is sweet and so friendly. After trying almost every nail salon in Mesquite, I have finally found my permanent place! Thanks Oasis!

This was my 2nd time. The first time I would have given them 10 stars if I was able. This time I felt a bit of attitude and not sure I still love them but will give them another shot or two because I really hate the other places around me, but the way I figure it, if I'm giving you $80 for a dip mani and a lavender pedi (I asked for cucumber melon) then you should smile and not act like it's killing you to do your job.

I have been going there for a few months and loved it but this last time was the worst service ever . They put me with someone new because the girl I normally see was not there and they were shorthand...
I have been going there for a few months and loved it but this last time was the worst service ever . They put me with someone new because the girl I normally see was not there and they were shorthanded I told this new girl what I wanted and she proceeded to work on my nails I noticed that she wasn't doing what I asked so I looked at my nails and when I did that she acted extremely annoyed. And then she looked over at one of the other girls and proceeded to speak in her own language she rushed me through and when I told her I wasn't happy with what she was doing she did not listen she was extremely rude and my nails look like crap I told them I might be back but I did not want to see her again but now that I think about it I'm going to look elsewhere.

This service today was the worst I've ever had, not only that but the person that claim to own the business wanted to buy my shoes at 40.00 plus keep my ruined flip flops or 20% off my service , they totally are not worth it, regardless of the so call nice reviews some have left. The employees can be great but when you ruin someone's/clients items you should accommodate them. I'm beyond pissed just warning you of their business. Never will I ever be back .

They messed up my nails really badly and when I called about it they said to come in anytime to get them done again free of charge. I came in the next time I had free time, which was two weeks later, and they said they wouldn't do anything because I didn't come in soon enough and I had to just walk out. Very unprofessional to not hold up promises and waste my time. I didn't expect a free set of nails for their mistake, but after they offered it I certainly did and was very disappointed when they didn't keep their word.
