I was new to having my nails done but thought I would treat myself. I asked for gel nails as I had been told they are better for your own nails. AVOID this rude & unhygienic salon!!! Waited 1 hour despite appointment for “take off”. Male technician began filing my nails with great force and was gripping my hand too tight that it was painful & uncomfortable. I asked him if he could be more gentle & he aggressively asked “do you want me to do your nails or not?” He then continued in the same forceful fashion & I complained again of the pain & discomfort. He slammed down his equipment on the desk & told me another lady would do my nails now. Absolutely no way to treat respectful paying RETURNING customers. Whilst I was there another lady was complaining about fungus she had got on her nail from visiting the salon. EWWWW!!!! Rude service. Unhygienic. I had this little petite Viet guy do my nails on Saturday and they have popped off today. He convinced me to do Nexgen (never again). First, he didn't trim the cuticles and proceeded to apply the tips and they were completely uneven after filing, not to mention crooked. Professional but remote service The staff here are all very experienced and will all do a great job on your nails, but they talk amongst themselves in Chinese, rather than to you, which I feel is rude, hence the 3 star rating. The salon does take card payments for a surcharge of 50p. Read Less

This is by far the best place to get a mani/pedi. They stick to what they are good at! Only gel and polish. If you ask for a design, a certain style or something over the top. They will make sure they understand what you want and then do it to perfection. I do not have one single bad thing to say about Lash and Nail Bar. Came here to get manicure/pedicure done for long Memorial weekend. Best nails service in Plano. First, she let me have a drink, wow... and then she provided me with a wonderful service. She really took her time on my pedicures. She did an excellent job on removing the callous and making my feet feel so soft. The manicure was as good as the pedicure.
