Tam & amber are amazing! My nails have never loooked better and it’s my favorite place to go and unwind. I went to have a gel manicure. I had Moon I believe. While doing my manicure she cut my fingers to pieces. I choose the same nail color every time and while my nails look great the cuticles around them look terrible from scabs from the rough manicure and carelessness. She was literally looking at everything but my nails while she was doing them. I will not be back again. Read Less

As a gulch resident, I really wanted to like this place. Went in for dip polish and was cut 4 or 5 times. The service was very rushed and painful. The polish is very uneven and lumpy, and there’s dip polish all over my cuticles and fingers. Will not be returning. Read Less

This place sucks. They retaliate when client has a bad service and leave genuine reviews. They go back to the clients real job to leave fake reviews to make the business look bad. How sad! I arrived on Sunday with a party of 5 for pedis. There was a long wait because not enough techs were present. Their pedis start at $35, which is high but it comes with extra services. After waiting, we were pointed at & told our party would have to be separated 4 and 1. Of course this was ridiculous but they said there's nothing else they could do. When seated, they ran our water & we sat soaking for more than 45 mins (by this time we should've walked out). It's not professi...onal to prep a client until you have a tech ready to start on her. However, so much time has been put into waiting. Then, when our service weren't even 1/2 done, some lady, I assume the manager, started demanding payment. For whatever reason, she couldn't understand one lady wanted to cover the entire tab and kept going to us, yelling and demanding that we give her a credit card. What's worse about the experience is we were each charged $35 for a pedicure in which they purposely didn't perform fully. None of us were exfoliated, presumably because they were busy and was forced to cut down on time. They even charged my 9 year old niece $35 for her 10 minute pedi. This place is absolutely ridiculous and high priced for no reason. Their management and customer service is horrible and I would advise everyone to never give their business here. Worst customer service ever! Do. Not. Go. Especially if you have a bridal party or are a bride!!!! I called to confirm a change from 3pm start to 3:30 for a seven person bridal party. They told me They could accommodate. When I arrived they said no. I asked why and they gave no explanation. Then a second lady chimed in when I asked why again and was extremely rude! I even said I didn't appreciate how you're chiming in and speaking to me considering you weren't a part of the o...riginal conversation where I changed the appt. and I do have an appt. She basically said to bad. It was absurd for a bridal party to have to deal with that. Overall they were just extremely unaccommodating after they said yes and on top of that tried to make it like it was our fault. We took our service else where which was a blessing in disguise!! I had a really bad experience here - the woman doing my nails initially left when I asked for French. The second woman, when fixing a chip in my nail, said "no" when I asked her to use acrylic on it and then the woman next to her put a paper towel over the glue to "help it stay." At the end of the French the clear parts were streaky and looked horrible. When I told them I wasn't pleased with paying for it the manager told me they would need to take the polish off to ensure the worker had done a bad job before giving me a discount. Will not be back. I went in excited to have an hour to myself after a stressful day and I got the total opposite. Lady was rude, I waited 15 minutes with half of my hand done because she walked off and didn't tell me where she was going. All of my nails are wrong and my polish is not done right. Every single nail is a different shape and she argued with me when I told her. I was embarrassed because she raised her voice and people started to stare. Asked for square shaped acrylics got rounded at the edges, really thick and clumpy, with regrowth already showing. So not done properly. I've been to quite a few different nails bars in Cambridge and saffron walden and this is by far the worst. Read Less
