went last week had the worse experience ever , staff was really rude and unhelpful , kept changing prices and not explaining things properly , my nails are chipped and flaking already all different thickness on all of them , was made to feel uncomfortable , staff on phone the whole time talking different language made me feel uncomfortable , told her i had a blister on my thumb please be careful and was revived ( I CAN SEE THAT) in a rude manner. will never return really disappointed with quality of service and my nails! had re done els where as was so unhappy with them! Awful service, awful nails! I will never go there again. The staff were unhelpful and rude, contantly on their phones while doing mine and my friends nails, stopping and starting not paying attention. Phone on loud speaker shouting down the phone while we were in the chair! I had French manicure full set acrylics, all different lengths and thickness, some have fat lumps on one side, I have lots of little air bubbles through most of my nails and 2 black marks under the acrylic! Also i was left with really sharp uneven edges and had to file the edges when i got home, oh and to top it off she gave me an old pound coin in my change. The prices kept changing, they had no clue what they were doing. We nearly walked out half way through! Terrible experience never to be repeated. Won't even bother to go back to have them sorted out as I'd rather not step foot in there again. My advice....go elsewhere, anywhere! Read Less

Absolutely awful! I have been having acrylics for over 2 years and have never had any issues at all with them and had them done in 2 different places before moving to Rayleigh, I thought I would try a new place locally, BIG mistake. I had a fresh new set of acrylics and shellac applied and they have chipped and turned colour and THREE of them have come clean off in the space of 2 weeks, some lifted and broke to the point they scratched my skin on contact. This was the first time I visited Rayleigh Nail Spa and for £40 I have had the worst nails I could have imagined and definitely wont be coming back. They look awful and now I have to pay again to get someone else to soak the remaining ones off and put new tips on. My cuticles have also completely dried out and some have split. I called to try to speak with the owner (who did my nails) only to be told she wasn't there and no one knew when she would be back and the same thing when I asked to speak with a manager I was then told it was 'my own problem'.
