Awful customer service, when I sat down I was told that my previous nails which my sister had done were 'shit', every now and then they would start talking in their language and laughing at my nails. My sister does all her nails by hand and file, resulting in a very natural nail and my sister is very good at nails and is very busy every day from people returning. I asked for sqaure nails which then ended up with the man actually filing my little nails into a weird shape where... they pointed the wrong way and completely took the corner off of my natural nail and the acrylic. Once I addressed I was unhappy with the shape he then continued to make it even worse and tried to use my sisters 'shit' nails as an excuse. Even the new nails which he had done himself were like spades far too thick and none of them are the same shape!! They weren't sqaure at all and one of them was wonky!! my nails are quite frankly f****d and my nail beds feel bruised where they filed with the electric file too much. See More Read Less

Had my nails done 3 days ago and 2 of the nails have already fallen off, i had to pay three pounds extra for a top coat to make my nails matte however they are now shinny and when i was having my nails done 2 of the members of staff were inspecting my nails and talking about them although they weren't talking english i could tell that they knew something was wrong and they still charged me full price.
