I had one of the worst experiences here. And let me explain, I am not hard to please, as well as I pay good money for good pedicures and tip at least 10 dollars for good service. The lady burnt me with the paraffin wax, burnt me with the rocks. She rubbed my toe almost raw. As well as almost cut me several times with the cuticle cutters. They had no one else available so I sat and tried to relax. I spent the whole pedicure saying ouch and pulling my legs away. At the end I to...ld the manager I did not want to pay full price for my bad experience. I got the 50 dollar herbal pedicure. She said I can give you a free shoulder massage? I said absolutely not. Then she only offered 10 dollars off. I said look I am not paying 40 dollars for what I received. I was in pain! Then she proceeded to no longer speak the almost perfect English she did when I first came in and acted confused. I will not be back. I have been going here since they opened last year and have always had fantastic service. John has done my nails since day one and I just love him because he always takes care of me.. The atmosphere is always so pleasant and all the staff. They have me as a lifetime client. I refer everybody..The best in the DFW!!! Read Less

Me and my sister went to get pedi, we told them what we wanted but the lady kept trying to upgrade what we wanted ,then she didn't even towel wrap my feet for long nor spend any time on my feet. It took a while to get our drinks . I think I will go back to my other nail shop Read Less

Easily one of the worst pedicures I have ever gotten in my life. It was rushed. My toenails are crooked and the polish already chipping a day later. I paid extra for a paraffin wrap which they left on for a minute and thirty seconds. I had to ask them to go back and get some dead/dry skin on my heel. There was no massage. I scheduled 4 pedicures for me and my girlfriends and we all got seated next to each other right away, which was nice. Our experiences were varied. Mine was pretty mediocre. I got the classic, which I expected to be pretty basic, but she didn't spend nearly any time scraping my feet (and I'm not afraid to admit that they NEEDED it). So I felt pretty jipped there. I got gel, because when I do my own toes I do gel, and it was $15 extra which I thought was a little high. Next ti...me I'd just get the pedicure with no color at all and do gel myself at home. The drinks are certainly a nice touch and I was surprised at the selection for a "bar" within a nail salon. The owner and front desk attendant were super sweet and attentive. Today is the day after and I'm still having pretty extreme pain, redness, and swelling on my big toe where at one point, I think she dug way too deep. The older guy that did my pedicure was not friendly at all...when I asked about something to drink, he stated all they had was water and soda...a friend of mine that referred the place to me, already told me they had wine and margaritas...when I asked for a margarita, he acted as though he was irritated that I asked...the pedicure was awful, afterwards I asked for the lil shoes, again he acted as if i annoyed him for asking...no lotion on the bottom of my feet that were clearly not scraped good and very dry...and then once I get to the counter to pay, the cashier had the nerve to ask me was I gone leave him a tip...uuummm, NO!!!!
