Don’t do it! Place is outdated, person in charge is rude and dismissive. Technicians get annoyed easily. Watered down drinks. Most importantly the gel colors for the feet and hands did not match. The pedicure lasted 25 minutes. She, Sheryl, took my gift card and gave me a crappy rushed job of a pedicure. I have pictures. When asked who was in charge they said nobody. Horrible place. I will never return. When she finished she rushed to her station to take care of her own nails.Read Less

Absolutely horrible. They cant speak or understand english until its time to pay. I had gel nails done and had the worst time when I was getting them done trying to explain how I wanted them done. No one seemed to understand english. I was quoted one price when I came in but upon exiting was charged $10.00 more! The "manager" was very demissive when I tried to explain what I was told and when I said I will never come back nor would they get referrals she stated "thats fine" Only American from now on! My friend and I wanted to check out this place so we did... let me tell you not so great experience as first time guests... we walked in not even 5 min later we were pushed to have a seat not even sure which service we wanted or we were explained anything or had picked our colors yet. We sat down and the atmosphere was mediocre/cheap one small tv, no music not like you expect for a place called hawaiian nail bar we weren't offered drinks or pillows. Customer service needs wor...k. And what you pay for is not worth it not quality work we were in and out in about 30mins. My friends nail tech said to scrub her heels will be an additional $10 absolutely absurd... we left and noticed my friends nexgen nails weren't filed smoothly so we had to come back lady just had my friend standing there just filing them with a simple filer and she then said ok its fine now when it wasn't so they eventually fixed my friends nails but all this trouble and we did not find it very relaxing/enjoyable definitely not a day at a beach no one apologized for the inconvenience or tried to make our trip worth while will not be coming back to the Allen location!!! I come here all the time and they always do a wonderful job and I love their service. Today however, the service was great but the job was done terribly. My nails are lumpy and not uniform. The powder nails that I requested was done hastily and without regard of care. He was watching football and he put a chemical on my nails a little too soon and my nails were unbearably hot for a few seconds. On my other hand he waited the proper amount of time and I felt no pain. I am disappointed in my visit and I may not return. Read Less

Started out great, however I believe the staff is over worked and the owner is a jerk. Twice I've attempted to get my nails done. They're supposed to be open until 10 pm. I showed up one evening at 8, & they wouldn't take me because they claimed they didn't do nexgen past a certain time. I then come At 9 pm for a pedi and their open sign was lit. They still wouldn't take me. They claimed they were closed yet their business hours indicate they're open til 10 & their open sign was lit. I asked to speak to the owner & I was provided a number. The minute I pointed out their flaws (overworked employees & false advertisement regarding hours), she claimed she was going to call the cops! Really??? Don't go!
