Having been a loyal customer for 8+ years at Regal Nails, the owner has been extremely rude one time too many to me. He blamed me by ranting at me for opening the door to the salon and letting his puppy run out who was sat by the door and without his collar being attached to anything. This is a shame because the employees work very hard and generally provide a great service. I won’t be getting my nails done there again!

Genuinely don’t know what the bad reviews are for.. my second time using Regal nails and they’re brilliant. Very nice and friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced (I paid £20 for acrylics and it’s £15 for infills) they don’t leave you waiting around and they do their nails quickly and precise. I always have a French manicure and this is the nicest French I’ve ever had, will be staying with regal nails, they’re brill x

I called up the store prior to my visit, asking how much shellac and infills on acrylic will cost. A man answered the phone and said it's £25 as it's a £5 off deal today. I then told him how I'll be there in 10mins.
I have now arrived at the shop and I informed the man how I called up 10mins ago asking for acrylic and shellac. He said 'No for you it's £30' !
I then ignored that comment and sat down with the lady she was being really rough with my nails and kept rushing me to choose a colour. She then she cut my nails shorter than I asked for in which I didn't complain at first. Then I asked her for a coffin shape and she did square. So I told her if she wanted me to show her a picture and she shouted at me and told me to go to the other lady as she didn't want to do my nails. Then the ladies were talking in Chinese and the lady who I got passed on to was huffing and puffing. I asked if there was a problem and the lady told me to sit down aggressively. She then tried to file my nails to coffin and she was so rough. Then man comes over and shouts at me telling me it's too short, stop complaining and so on. I told him how it was the lady that did that. Then they didn't want to continue doing my nails. I was so upset the way they treated me, as I walked out the lady said you need to pay.
Pay for what???? My nails weren't painted or shaped I walked out half done.
Then the man shouted at me to get out.
I wish I read the reviews before because I wouldn't of gone to the shop. It's disgusting and they are vile people!!!

Don't waste your time or money here. Will need to go somewhere else for replacement quite quickly. Staff are awful, man who runs the shop is extremely rude left me waiting 10 minutes whilst he moved his car when I was in the middle of getting my nails done. Never again!

Utterly disgusting service. I wasn't happy when I left there as I didn't think my nails looked nice. I called to complain and the owner started yelling at me, I'm talking full blown yelling. Telling me that they have over 20 years experience. He then told me that I was the rude one because I didn't tip. Why would I tip for a bad job. Then the owner had the cheek to call me rude and HUNG UP the phone. If they don't fix the terrible job they have done then I'll be calling trading standards. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. THEY WILL DESTROY THEN

The results are really nice and the people are friendly. I'd recommend getting "coffin acrylic nails" rather than "almond" because my almond nails came out wonky but when I got coffin they were perfect. The staff are really nice. The shops quite small and there's often cues. The fumes are also very strong in the shop.

Having been a loyal customer for 8+ years at Regal Nails, the owner has been extremely rude one time too many to me. He blamed me by ranting at me for opening the door to the salon and letting his puppy run out who was sat by the door and without his collar being attached to anything. This is a shame because the employees work very hard and generally provide a great service. I won’t be getting my nails done there again!

Genuinely don’t know what the bad reviews are for.. my second time using Regal nails and they’re brilliant. Very nice and friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced (I paid £20 for acrylics and it’s £15 for infills) they don’t leave you waiting around and they do their nails quickly and precise. I called up the store prior to my visit, asking how much shellac and infills on acrylic will cost. A man answered the phone and said it's £25 as it's a £5 off deal today. I then told him how I'll be there in 10mins.

Don't waste your time or money here. Will need to go somewhere else for replacement quite quickly. Staff are awful, man who runs the shop is extremely rude left me waiting 10 minutes whilst he moved his car when I was in the middle of getting my nails done. Never again!

Telling me that they have over 20 years experience. He then told me that I was the rude one because I didn't tip. Why would I tip for a bad job. I'd recommend getting "coffin acrylic nails" rather than "almond" because my almond nails came out wonky but when I got coffin they were perfect. The staff are really nice. The shops quite small and there's often cues. The fumes are also very strong in the shop.
