SUKH BEAUTY INSIDE NAIL ART - NOT NAIL ART
THIS SALON DESERVES NO STARS BUT I HADTO GIVE 1 IN ORDER TO POST REVIEW
I cannot express the need to NOT visit this beauty salon. It is a disgrace. I went there and booked a last minute appointment at 1.00. As soon as I entered she just said sit down - no manners. She just whipped out the scissors, not even brushing my eyebrows and just randomly cut my hairs at the beginning of my brow just chopping here and there, giving me several gaps in my brows and uneven hair length. Then she proceeded to tint my brows like I had asked - she asked me the colour I wanted and I said brown. BROWN. BROWN. NOT BLACK. BROWN. Obviously as she began to mix the tint, she completely disregarded this and tinted my eyebrows BLACK, aswell as the skin on my forehead! I have blonde hair so as you can imagine - black does not suit blonde. That is why I asked for brown. Brown. Not black. The tint is STILL smudged around my forehead and upper eye despite scrubbing for 30 mins straight. Then you are supposed to remove the tint that is above your eyebrow with a cotton bud - she did NOT do this. This is BASIC beautician knowledge, even I knew this! After she proceeded to wax my eyebrows as requested and the wax was burning my skin because it was too hot. She waxed my eyebrows so harshly tears came out of my eyes. This salon is an absolute disgrace and I cannot stress enough - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE AND EXCELLENT RESULTS. DO GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR EYEBROWS TO BE PERMANENTLY DISGRACED.

Went here on Saturday for a pedicure and manicure, I felt like they were trying to rush me, pedicure was nice but only 1 foot got exfoliated. Then to the manicure which turned out to be just a polish, that's it but they still charged for a manicure so 53 just to have a pedicure and polish

New to the area needed my nail done thought this was the place to go, now it might be but not to the guy at the of the shop. My nails are terrible I will need to get a new set done but as he filed my nails to a inch of their life I will need to leave it for a while. My nails are all uneven, you can see the tip, they hurt. I’ve been having my nails done for years and they have never been this bad, I have never written a review before but in truth it is not against the shop but the technician he should not be doing nails, he is terrible, the other ladies In The shop seem to have their regulars so I am sure they are fine but do not go to him. The pain and the state of my nails is ridiculous

It's always best to book as they are busy (I take this as a good sign). I have been coming here for 7 ish years and they always do a brilliant job. The one time I had a concern they were quick to rectify it and it wasn't an issue in the slightest. Service is always brilliant and staff are friendly. I always take my 1 year old and they always accommodate the buggy. I will keep coming for years to come unless something drastically changes

My friend and I came here without booking, so we understood there would potentially be a bit of a wait to be seen. They asked us to return at 1.30pm (it was 12pm at the time) so we went for lunch. We returned at 1.25pm to a whole crowd of people waiting to be seen to. My friend waited 45 minutes for an acrylic refill while I had a shellac manicure. No word of lie, the lady was so rude and kept rolling her eyes every time she turned her back to me. The outcome of my nails l...ooked no better than what a five year old could have done. She had missed out whole chunks of my nail. I kept quiet and paid £20 for the privilege, while my friend still sat waiting patiently to be seen. I showed, who I would assume was the manager and she was astounded at the state of them too. She asked me to sit and wait to have them redone. Long story short, I got them done a second time and they still aren't great. The best, most hilarious part of this story is that I was offered a loyalty card and told if I wasn't happy this time, I should come back later! See More

Booked a double appointment for me and my my mum for 5pm for a Mother's Day present. Shellac for my mum and a manicure and file and polish for me. We both arrived at 5pm, we're waiting around until 5.30pm. Finally sat down at 5.35pm, my mums nails were done in 20 minutes (with a rude bed side manor), while the young girl that did mine proceeded to pick her nose and text her friends before she had even taken my polish off. My mums nails were done whilst I was still waiting for mine to be painted. I asked her to stop and not bother painting my nails and we left. They didn't charge me full price but did charge me £10 to have a young girl pick her nose whilst she filed my nails. Not a very good Mother's Day present. Need I say more.

I cannot express the need to NOT visit this beauty salon. It is a disgrace. I went there and booked a last minute appointment at 1.00. As soon as I entered she just said sit down - no manners. New to the area needed my nail done thought this was the place to go, now it might be but not to the guy at the of the shop. My nails are terrible I will need to get a new set done but as he filed my nails to a inch of their life I will need to leave it for a while. My nails are all uneven, you can see the tip, they hurt. It's always best to book as they are busy (I take this as a good sign). I have been coming here for 7 ish years and they always do a brilliant job. The one time I had a concern they were quick to rectify it and it wasn't an issue in the slightest. Service is always brilliant and staff are friendly.
