Very poor customer service, it was my first time as my usual nail salon were shut for 2 weeks. I had my acrylics removed and new ones applied and my experience was awful, I tried to make conversation with the guy doing my nails and it got no where. He was very rough with the drill and rough when holding my fingers. Made me feel really uncomfortable and even after 6 hours my nails and the skin around are really sore! Also said goodbye and thankyou to him as I still wanted to be polite but I got completely ignored. Would not recommend and I certainly won’t be returning. Read Less

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The man who works in this shop is unbelievably rude. He makes you feel as though he is doing you a favour by doing your nails when you are paying for a service. None of the other women in the shop who work here say boo to a goose because he creates such a tense atmosphere. He was very rough with the electronic drill, was burning my nails and all the sides of my fingers are red from where he kept catching them. When I flinched from the pain he gave me daggers. I felt awkward throughout the whole experience. The service was very rushed and I was not happy with my nails. I still paid the full price and did not let them know about my experience as quite frankly I don't think he cares about customer service and there seems no point. Will never return. Read Less
