Really disappointed. After spending £60 on the gellish nails and a pedicure with gellish (no acrylics), one day later i have a massive chip on my toe nail and already my nails are chipping. I got these done for the Christmas holidays and I was so pleased with the initial outcome, but the fact that they’re chipping barely 24hrs after having them done is so frustrating, especially when they’re supposedly meant to last over 2 weeks. Awful!!!! I visited this nail bar on Saturday 2nd September 2017 and it was the worst experience of my life.I was in a rush and asked how long my wait would be. Someone replied '5 minutes'. I wouldn't be able to tell you who it was because I had no eye contact from any of the staff. 20 minutes later, a member of staff saw to me. But I wasn't at one of the tables. I was sitting on a tiny chair while she stuck my acrylics on. These were stuck on while my hands were on her lap.... not a table. To me, this is very unprofessional. Next, I got the most moody man ever!! Not once did he say hello, you okay or try to have a conversation with me. I think the only words he said to me were 'what colour'. Throughout the time he was doing my nails, he was pulling on my hands to bring them closer to him, not once asking me to move them closer to him. He was bending my fingers in ways which they cannot bend. Also, when he was filling down my acrylics, he was catching my skin. Now I have cuts on my fingers. I twitched a couple of times as he really did hurt me and he just looked at me. Didn't apologise or anything. Two hours later, after he completed my nails and they were drying under something which is called a 'quick dryer', (very untrue) he decided to start to roll a cigarette right in front of me at the table. He went out the back obviously to smoke his cigarette and I didn't see him again. He then left me under the dryer for 25 minutes before his colleague told me that they were dry. The staff in here are very rude and I would not be going here ever again. There is smokething called customer service and this place does not have it.Two days later, I have looked st my nails and they were not worth that sort of money! They are all bent and look awful. Booked an appointment had to wait over 30 minutes. Then was told i had to wait another 40! I got my nails done two days before at this place and the acrylic was poorly put on so i had to go back as they were falling off!, the way they treat there customers is unacceptable. I left the salon without my nails done that day i went to another nail salon and they told me i had an infection! They told me it was because the tools they used at Harvey nails were UNSANITARY. Even worse a doctor told me it was a infection 99.9% caused but them using unclean tools, my actual nails started to come off revealing BLACK GREEN AND PURPLE fungi!! I now cant wear anything on my nails as it may cause the nail to NEVER grow back! Read Less

Unfortunately got carried away with the new facilities . We parked in the Harvey centre and decided to use the lovely new cinema after walking past and the Chinese buffet.....and then we were also told to check out the gym as they had offers . Unfortunately when we got back to the car our parking cost £10 !!! I didn't check before so my mistake however I would imagine given that the idea is to spend more time within the centre that they would account for this ... you should really look at reducing your charges as this would now put me off using the cinema and restraunts again . Some negative feedback on here to which I don't see how the shopping centre itself is to blame, always clean, not a massive selection of shops but very much improved this last month, the return of peacocks was a nice surprise!! Looking forward to using the new cinema, santas grotto always has alot of effort put in, my only moan would be the students you had outside mds, the young lads trying to get u to buy the magazine or what ever it was, smarmy lads throwing compliments then insulting u when you decline, maybe they shouldnt be allowed to be there (just my opinion) had to walk the opposite side of street to avoid, anyway lived in Harlow all my life, and it's refreshing to see new shops and work being put in, keep up the great work Read Less

Shopping center is half way they but High street needs cleaning and you need my staff on the floor keeping an eye on the place as I did see any one around but I love your Christmas Decorations around the Center but High high street ones need no ones putting up Read Less

I've lived in Harlow for 20 years and now I go to the town for a few items if I need them. Used to love spending time and money in Harlow. Have to drive to Lakeside for a decent shop, parking is free and loads of good shops. You can get everything you need there. Or Westfield, the parking is expensive but you get a good retail experience.... The Harvey Centre and Harlow town centre are missing so many retail shops. No main department store, need shops like Lush, Disney, Vic...toria Secrets, Hollister, decent shoe shops etc. Too many gyms and restaurants. Empty stores are depressing. Shocking!!!! After shopping here today I went to pay at the parking machine. The screen clearly informed me that I have an invalid ticket and to proceed to the barrier and get help by pressing the information button.....do as told. Now at the barrier and get told over the tannoy to get out of car and go back to the machine and press the info button there?! With 2 children in tow this isn't at all helpful! Over comes a useless drip dressed in his super important yellow jacket ...that you would signify as someone who helps.....right? I'm then told exactly the same, that he cannot raise the barrier, cannot take my payment or get a new ticket for me and basically can't help and with that.....walks off!! As soon as you walk into the salon, you're not acknowledged for a good 5 minutes or so, then when they start to do your nails they all speak to each other in their own language which I find quite rude. Overall not a good experience at all. Read Less

New layout may look better but there's no focal point, no friendly greeting, not even an acknowledgement. I walked in last week and all the nail technicians ignored me. So I took a seat, thinking they must just be really busy. Then someone else walked in, stood at the entrance longer than I did, until eventually someone looked up and asked her to take a seat. So even though I'd been there 15 minutes longer, they served her before me. I walked out in disgust and won't be going back. Two years a loyal customer and I reckon I must have spent about £1k.
