Do not do Russians at their shop especially with the lady called Mia. She uses cluster lashes and claims they are Russians.
Bad customer service when I tried to explain the quality of the lashes she did.
She’s super quick because she doesn’t fix it on properly. Their glue is also super strong and smells terrible.

They do their job with perfection. Quick flow of customers and efficient working. Not the place for a long chit chat but the right place for a lovely shop layout and l9vely nails.

Worse place ever!first of all customer service is shocking,they talk to each other in there language and sometimes they look at you and say things to each other and laugh,very rude thing to do!I've been using them for more then 7 months thinking there service is ok'ish,but they destroyed my nails,couldnt grow them anymore because they brake all the time ,and when I finally started to see another lady for nails and she took the gel of my feet ,realised I've got a "beautiful" fungi that ive never been made aware of,coz all they use to do is take the old gel off and replace It!I definitely know now is all about them taking our money!wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely abysmal customer service. The guy that did my nails was very rude and was literally shouting at me when I told him that I didn't like what he was doing to my nails. I will never ever go back there to do my nails. I don't recommend this place at all to do your nails. Worst place to go.

Have done a eyebrow tint and given false eye lashes to a 13 year old girl. Didn't ask age or offer allergy test. Reporting to trading standards first thing Monday.

The serves is unwelcoming. They done my nails completely wrong and they are so thick, they also caught my nail and made it bleed! And there was a woman getting a pedicure done and a woman there sliced...
The serves is unwelcoming. They done my nails completely wrong and they are so thick, they also caught my nail and made it bleed! And there was a woman getting a pedicure done and a woman there sliced her foot open!? Blood was everywhere, she didn't even apologise to the lovely woman who was having her pedicure done. A descrase to the beauty sector. Honestly, I'll never recommend this place to anyone.

Awful service. Was booked in advance for 8 of us to get nails done for a wedding, they said at the time of booking that they'd have us all together. However when we got there they did not acknowledge that we were a booking and had to wait as first come first serve with everyone else which took ages and we were all seen separately. I have been here before previously and I find staff unwelcoming, unfriendly, don't seem to chat with customers but just with each other and can't understand them. Paid £20 for gel nails which took less than ten mins to do. Have been to other places which are cheaper, friendlier and spend more time and effort. Another group of girls also came in as a booking and the first one wasn't seen for about half an hour. Overpriced and unwelcoming. Would not recommend.

I absolutely loved this service. It was professional yet cheap. The thing that topped the charts for me was definitely the free drinks provided and the customer service. They are just so nice! I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I didnt think it was that bad, for the price i pay which is £25.00 for a full set when sometimes you can pay up to £50.00 for a full set of nails i found the service quite good. One of the gentlemen ...
I didnt think it was that bad, for the price i pay which is £25.00 for a full set when sometimes you can pay up to £50.00 for a full set of nails i found the service quite good. One of the gentlemen asked me twice if i was Ok and wanted a drink also i had my eyelashes done for £35.00 and the lady that done them for me was really nice and frequently asked me questions. Overall my experience was good, sure there should be some improvements but everyone that worked there seemed to have a smile on there face which is good enough for me as most people that work nowadays seem to have a permanent frown. I will definitely be going back as it is right on my door step and cheap compared to most places.

Bad customer service when I tried to explain the quality of the lashes she did.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. The guy that did my nails was very rude and was literally shouting at me when I told him that I didn't like what he was doing to my nails. I will never ever go back there to do my nails. I don't recommend this place at all to do your nails. Worst place to go.

The serves is unwelcoming. They done my nails completely wrong and they are so thick, they also caught my nail and made it bleed! Awful service. Was booked in advance for 8 of us to get nails done for a wedding, they said at the time of booking that they'd have us all together. However when we got there they did not acknowledge that we were a booking and had to wait as first come first serve with everyone else which took ages and we were all seen separately. I have been here before previously and I find staff unwelcoming, unfriendly, don't seem to chat with customers but just with each other and can't understand them. Paid £20 for gel nails which took less than ten mins to do. Have been to other places which are cheaper, friendlier and spend more time and effort. Another group of girls also came in as a booking and the first one wasn't seen for about half an hour. Overpriced and unwelcoming. Would not recommend.

I didnt think it was that bad, for the price i pay which is £25.00 for a full set when sometimes you can pay up to £50.00 for a full set of nails i found the service quite good. One of the gentlemen asked me twice if i was Ok and wanted a drink also i had my eyelashes done for £35.00 and the lady that done them for me was really nice and frequently asked me questions.
