So my point was at 4:30 and I didn't get seen straight away so the manager decided to do my nails which I thought is the manager she must be good but oh my god was I wrong not only did she not do a go...
So my point was at 4:30 and I didn't get seen straight away so the manager decided to do my nails which I thought is the manager she must be good but oh my god was I wrong not only did she not do a good job she didn't get the shape right she was rude I don't have a problem with people speaking their own language but for the whole hour and a half not even a word. So I'm not giving the salon at one stop giving the manager One start because I've been going here for 2 years now and I haven't had any problems at all because I always tend to see the youngest girl who does a brilliant job. My nails have gone all bubbly didn't she didn't even take all the dead skin around my nails off she left it on and they just they don't look nice very disappointed with the manager

AVOID ! Not worth one star but had to highlight one to create this post. Absolutely shocking business. I had my nails done here on Thursday evening, the manageress is so god damn rude, she thinks she’s doing you a big favour . Then she wanted payment upfront ! Now I know why, so many people must decline payment when the end product is so unsatisfactory. My nails have bumps in them, they overlap my skin. Over An hour of my time wasted and £25 ... my nail fell off this evening. Working, travelling, 6 days a week, it’s difficult making appointments as I never know what the roads are going to be like so I struggle to get them done, not only have they wasted my time but ripped me off. Unfortunately when in Lakeside you don’t see these reviews. This business Needs to be reported, if you’ve had a bad time let’s get it advertised on social media, so many unhappy customers left upset ! It’s not fair they are getting away with it.

Avoid! The nail technicians aren't even qualified. Some of the girls that work here can't even so much as paint nails! Don't even bother going when it's busy, they will rush and leave you disappointed...

Don't even bother going when it's busy, they will rush and leave you disappointed. Disgusting place to get your nails done; rude, unprofessional & lack in talent. Don't waste your money.

My wife went there today to get her SNS nails renewed, when they took the old ones off they saw that her nails had gone green underneath, was then left her for half an hour, no explaination no commini...
My wife went there today to get her SNS nails renewed, when they took the old ones off they saw that her nails had gone green underneath, was then left her for half an hour, no explaination no comminication, staff treated her like shite, no manager on duty and the ones there didnt care a jot, would say to avoid like the plague

I come to this shop twice & after the first I should have never returned. Each time I have come out unsatisfied. I asked for ombre acrylics what I got was dodgy pink and white horizontal pinstripes......
I come to this shop twice & after the first I should have never returned. Each time I have come out unsatisfied. I asked for ombre acrylics what I got was dodgy pink and white horizontal pinstripes... so uneven, half of the nails were unfinished and completely wonky. They come off after one week.They are done so sloppy, like a BAD trainees job! I paid £40 and it wasn't worth 4p. Absolute terrible nail shop.

Just had acrylics done for the first time. They didn’t talk me though it that well. Paid £28 up front. Chose my colours and they asked if I liked them once they were on, lady was nice and changed a colour that looked different in the bottle. However some of the nails are wonky.

I have been to Eden 3 times including my latest visit (today). I always get a full set done. My first visit I was not impressed as one was glued on wonky and got rude when I said I wanted it off and redone before paying the normal price, but for £28 I expect them done to my statisfaction!
The other times I have been they have been quite good! Nothing like my normal one but up there with good enough! Sometimes you can feel rushed in there because how busy it can get where as my normal salon I don’t get that feeling. It can be rude when staff are talking umongst themselves in there own language whilst your sitting there.
Not bad if you can’t make it to your local salon.

Incredible service! The nails are durable and are beautiful! Plus, I successfully got my boyfriend to compliment my looks! I went to the one near marks and spencers and the women there are polite and offered me great service and also help me choose my colour for the nails! Very nice stay and met the manager who was very professional and kind (i think her name is Maria) very nice!

Very happy with the service. I've been there a few times before but my last visit was the best. I was in a hurry and only had about 30 minutes. The lady there (I think her name was Mary ) assured me that i will be out of there in 20 minutes, which was hard to believe. My nails were done very nice and professionally, so good for such a short amount of time. Would recommend, especially if you are in a hurry. Quick, professional and friendly. Well done!!!

Sarah ,the chinese lady who i think might be the manager is very rude to customers and forced the lady next to me to get her nails removed (she wanted a refill). Everyone was quite shocked coz she actually shouted at the lady but noone said a word. This is the second time i have seen her being very rude to customers thank heavens she has never done my nails.
Marjority of the nail technicians have no idea what they are doing.
If you can please avoid or go when this Sarah is not on shift..

Been using this team for a year. They always focus on providing the nails you asked for as I almost always get nail art. They are always friendly to me and one time even stayed an hour after closing to complete my nails for an event I was attending a few days later. This to me is great service. I've also had my lashes for here and they were durable and efficient. If the experience others have had with staff hasn't been nice they should ask themselves why - maybe they aren't so polite themselves.

So my point was at 4:30 and I didn't get seen straight away so the manager decided to do my nails which I thought is the manager she must be good but oh my god was I wrong not only did she not do a good job she didn't get the shape right she was rude I don't have a problem with people speaking their own language but for the whole hour and a half not even a word. AVOID ! Not worth one star but had to highlight one to create this post. Absolutely shocking business. I had my nails done here on Thursday evening, the manageress is so god damn rude, she thinks she’s doing you a big favour . Then she wanted payment upfront ! Very happy with the service. I've been there a few times before but my last visit was the best. I was in a hurry and only had about 30 minutes. The lady there (I think her name was Mary ) assured me that i will be out of there in 20 minutes, which was hard to believe. Been using this team for a year. They always focus on providing the nails you asked for as I almost always get nail art. They are always friendly to me and one time even stayed an hour after closing to complete my nails for an event I was attending a few days later. This to me is great service. I've also had my lashes for here and they were durable and efficient. If the experience others have had with staff hasn't been nice they should ask themselves why - maybe they aren't so polite themselves.
