Tina is good,but if you don't see her be prepared to be disappointed. They say they will fix their mistakes, then make it worse , and refuse to fix it . She actually said she had no-one good there tod...
Tina is good,but if you don't see her be prepared to be disappointed. They say they will fix their mistakes, then make it worse , and refuse to fix it . She actually said she had no-one good there today. After her other coworker told me to come in to have them fixed. She questioned how much money I had in my bank account and was arguing with me because I wanted them fixed or a refund. Horrible, horrible customer service...no hospitality whatsoever ever. They do the making faces, laughing and talking in their language about you, When THEY have your nails looking all crazy. Lumps, hardened powder all over my fingers, filed crooked, broken. Just awful.

Tina is the best. I have been going to her for 6 months and I'll never go back. My nails are real and she keeps them perfect!!! Even when I want a massage she does that too! One stop shop!!!

I had to do my nails for my birthday tomorrow, I called 20 minutes before they closed, they told me to go ahead and come in. I thought they would be in a pissy mood because we would make them stay lon...
I had to do my nails for my birthday tomorrow, I called 20 minutes before they closed, they told me to go ahead and come in. I thought they would be in a pissy mood because we would make them stay longer, not only was there customer service great, but my nails look amazing! Thank yall from the bottom of my heart! Yall have added 3 people to your "regulars" list, we are definitely coming back!
