I have known Sally and her salon for many years, and I am always very pleased with my nails. The salon, has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and nothing is too much for the staff. I have quite a hands on job, which can be very hard on my nails. Due to this, Sally and her team suggested I try gel nails. Staff are professional, Knowledgeable and intuitive to your needs. I have had my nails done at Simply Nails for over 20 years. Apart from always being delighted with the results I really enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere. Sally is an excellent nail technician and I trust her completely. I consider her a good friend. I now have gel nails as the different processes have evolved over the years and they last a good three weeks. I am never disappointed. If something happens to my nails it is my fault and I go back and get it repaired. If you have a special occasion it is well worth booking early as Simply Nails has a vast number of regular loyal clients. People run from this disgusting place. Truly run away. My gel nails peeled within hours of the manicure and Tina the owner refused to refund me. She is rude and unprofessional just like the nail bar. It is also very very dirty in there. There are so many good places to go so don't be tempted by the low prices because you will spend more money on the long run. this place should get 0 stars hands down. not only were the emploeyes disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional to say the very least but the lady doing mine filed my "supposidly glue on tip" down so far that my finger litterally is taller than the nail that i was being charged almost $50 for! oh ya and not to mention the lady literally got defensive as i asked why they were so short and started literally screaming at my in the store and causing a huge scene. she told me o...t was my fault because i was sleeping ??? whenever 10min of me bbeing there at first i had noticed an emploeye sleeping in one of the chairs so that was dumb. so besides the chairs with huge holes covered by throw pillows and my friend and i being totally embarrassed and disappointed for not recieving any discount for the poor service, the manager i think whom did my friends nails illegally asked me as i was getting up tp leave "dont forget your drink?" it is illegal to not only allow but escpecially not insist that you take the alcohil beverage they provide you with outside of the store. worst experience getting nails done ever! they should be fined See more Read Less

The nail tech doesn't listen, picked off and ripped my real nails trying to pry off dip(nexgen). Cut me with both drill and file like it was nothing, after I asked her to properly soak off my nails. Then she starts the new set of dip and they are bumpier than a dirt road, ridged like a ole worn out piece of tin. She was trying to rush through and I had her redo them As a kid could of done the job she'd done. I have worn nexgen for three years and never had such awful looking nails. Would not recommend this place.. they also do not offer you drinks as the day and when you ask you must be talking in a foreign language.. Read Less
