I went today for the first time and I was very impressed when I walked in. Great atmosphere and everyone was so polite. However I was not impressed with the final product of my nails. I told the guy doing my nails how I like them and he wouldn't do what I asked so I just let him do his thing. If I was to go back I would not let the same guy do my nails. New set done seemed OK in the dull lighting of the shop one hand at a time but upon further inspection at home and in good lighting the nails are odd lengths, thick where the acrylic wasn't filed, wider on some nails than others and just odd all over. The staff at the shop werent prepared to help resolve the issue at all wanted to charge for any adjustments needing doing, even though this was their fault and after paying £31 to begin with and now I'm having to pay more to get somewhere more professional to do my nails again to a standard you would expect for £31 all I wanted was nice nails for holiday and I did not get that and was left upset and with awful nails!!! Not happy and WILL never return or recommend again!! GO ELSEWHERE LADIES if you want a good job done. Read Less

This salon is the most polite and professionally atmosphere i have ever been to. The owner and technicians speak proper english and always accommodate customers needs with very positive attitudes. Honestly if anyone have any problems with this salon then they will have problems with every salon. This is usually my go too nail bar when I can get a slot as really popular! Never had any problems, people in there are lovely and really welcoming. I give 2 stars just because the recent set I got I got home and the nail polish had chipped at the top so I had to re paint them myself at home and then two days after I had got them done a nail fell off when walking down the stairs and then the day after that another 2 fell off one just by scratching my leg! Super disappointed I normally go somewhere else but my friends kept raving about this place! They invited me to go with them so I went. First of all, they sat my two friends together and sat me across the room alone. We even called ahead to set an appointment and they didn't tell us we wouldn't be able to sit together. It wasn't busy at all so we could have been sat together at the pedicure chairs, as other places have done this for me before. Secondly, I asked if I could d...o my nexgen matte colors, my tech said no. Which was okay but, my friend came up to me when she was done with her nexgen nails and they were matte!!!! The shape of my nails are okay, Ive had better. My tech didn't allow for the final step to dry before telling me to wash my hands so my nails aren't smooth. I was very nervous going to a new nail place as the last couple of places had been a bad experience or the nails hadn't lasted long!
