I've had my eyebrows threaded at Flawless for a while now, the lady who does the threading is really friendly and professional and I would rate her 5*. I am slightly put off by the other lady who works there who appeared rude and unwelcoming today when I went in, I now feel uneasy about going there again.

I've had my eyebrows threaded at Flawless for a while now, the lady who does the threading is really friendly and professional and I would rate her 5*.
