We bought a gift card for this place and when our relative went to use it, they were rudely told it was no good. After multiple requests to run the card a different way (manually enter the card number with the zeros... we had another friend who had a similar problem), they refused by telling my relative something like "I already did, don't tell me how to do my job". This nail bar either sold us a gift card that wasn't activated or they didn't have the customer service skills to figure out/solve the problem. We will never... and I say never.... buy anything from here and encourage others to do the same. I rarely write negative reviews and only do so when I feel like a real injustice has been done (i.e. My $30 gift intended for someone I love was essentially stolen by the nail bar!)

I have been going here for a couple years now and love it. The other day I had my nails done and the guy was one that I personally hadn’t seen so nails. When my nails were “done” I noticed they really looked different from one hand to the other. The color was off and the shape as well. Some looked like duck feet. I contacted them and explained the concerns and dislikes to them. I received an immediate response and offer to return and have them redone correctly at no charge.... I did and could not be happier. Anna was my nail tech and she was so very nice and sweet, in addition, she did an amazing job on my nails. I will continue to go to this place and no other. There are many people there who do great work; I believe this was just an “off day” for the person. Thank you to DFW Nail Bar for keeping your standards high and your customers happy. See More

BEST SPOT in town for sure. I come from 40 mins away to see Aaron. He is super quick and always gives the best manicures. Love love love! Can’t recommend this place enough.

I had my nails matte and chrome. I loved them. Until the next day they started peeling off and my nails looked horrible. I messaged this Facebook page and was told they would redo them for me. I went back and told them I had a Facebook message that said they would redo them free of charge. I got my nails done again and loved them. Until I went to check out and the lady told me the Facebook message didn't matter because I guess within the 3 days their owners changed. Then I sh...owed them a coupon that they text me and the lady told me it wasn't for that day? (Keep in mind, it had the date time and everything on the message). After finally taking it, I still paid basically full price. The lady at the front and the lady who did my nails said there was nothing wrong to them when I came in and that they weren't peeling? Like I made it up. She saw them and so did the guy at the front desk. They were very unprofessional and very rude. I will never be back. And everyone I've recommended them to won't be coming in as new clients either. My original post was 5 stars and this was the review JoAnn did my nails and I LOVE them. Very great service. I’ve been to this salon a few times and sad to say this was the first bad experience. I went in on Saturday to get the dipping powder done. I called at 3:48 and asked when was a good time to come in she said in 30 minutes, so I stroll in at 4:15. She proceeds to tell me I was going to have to wait, and I was okay with waiting like 5 mins or so.. she said “no like it’s going to be a long time” I told her that I had called and was told to come up here, she said yeah but you are... late! I told her the time I called and she rolled her eyes and I guess got me confused with someone else and gave them my time.. who knows. So I sit for a bit, get in the chair and get my nails done, no complaints other than usually I’m offered a drink but everyone else around me was given a drink. The nail tech did ask if my son wanted anything and I got him a water. Then when I’m done and on my way to pay I had that morning received a text for the 20% off, so planned to use that. She told me that was sent in error and I should have known that’s only Monday-Thursday. I hate to leave a bad review but am sad to say I was disappointed See More

The lady who did my nails was rude and got glue all over my fingers made me bleed. I asked for her to make my nails shorter and she wouldn't and the design I asked for is sloppy and looks awful. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she went to far down onto my eyelids and didn't do the middle area at all. I went with my mom to spend time with her and they sat us 4 chairs away from each other and the lady who did my nails (Joan) gave me dirty looks and told me to be quiet when I tried to say something to my mom.

I had been a couple of times and really liked the place. I drive 45 mins to this place but the last time was horrible. First it was not busy at all and I had my little girl with me and they couldn't even sit us by each other. Then the lady that did my nails made them short after I said I do not want short so I had her change them. I usually don't complain but it kept getting worse. She was rude and rough. She made 3 of my fingers bleed. I have pictures of it. They were poorly done too and already breaking and hasn't been 2 weeks.

We bought a gift card for this place and when our relative went to use it, they were rudely told it was no good. After multiple requests to run the card a different way (manually enter the card number with the zeros... we had another friend who had a similar problem), they refused by telling my relative something like "I already did, don't tell me how to do my job". This nail bar either sold us a gift card that wasn't activated or they didn't have the customer service skills to figure out/solve the problem. We will never... and I say never.... buy anything from here and encourage others to do the same. I have been going here for a couple years now and love it. The other day I had my nails done and the guy was one that I personally hadn’t seen so nails. When my nails were “done” I noticed they really looked different from one hand to the other. The color was off and the shape as well. Some looked like duck feet. I contacted them and explained the concerns and dislikes to them. I received an immediate response and offer to return and have them redone correctly at no charge.... I did and could not be happier. I went back and told them I had a Facebook message that said they would redo them free of charge. I got my nails done again and loved them. The lady who did my nails was rude and got glue all over my fingers made me bleed. I asked for her to make my nails shorter and she wouldn't and the design I asked for is sloppy and looks awful. I also had my eyebrows waxed and she went to far down onto my eyelids and didn't do the middle area at all. I had been a couple of times and really liked the place. I drive 45 mins to this place but the last time was horrible. First it was not busy at all and I had my little girl with me and they couldn't even sit us by each other. Then the lady that did my nails made them short after I said I do not want short so I had her change them. I usually don't complain but it kept getting worse. She was rude and rough. She made 3 of my fingers bleed. I have pictures of it. They were poorly done too and already breaking and hasn't been 2 weeks.
