I could not think of going to another nail shop! I don’t ever have to make an appointment. I just walk in and whoever is available does an amazing job! I just kicked off my birthday with a party there and the staff treated my guest like family! Amazing time had by all!

Been a few times but wanted to leave a review. Make sure you make an appointment! I always make them on their Facebook. Easy! Yesterday, with an 11am appointment, got there at 10:30 and they helped me right away. The girl who did my toes was amazing. I don't talk much and it was nice to sit and relax. Was about an hour or longer on my feet.....amazing! I normally do not care about my feet/legs rubbed, she was awesome. By the time I was for ready for my full set it was pretty busy. They took care of me right away, but still in the chair due to it being busy. No problem at all. They serve good drinks (just tip extra for that). I have a hot tea and it was ok. Only down side, if I had to pick one, was the going doing my set trying to up sell me on dip powder a few times but it's normally.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they care about who they are with at the time. Very clean and nice!

We were ignored for a good long while before I was finally told they were completely booked. The place was nearly empty. My daughter and I walked to the nail place next door and got excellent service.

My nails turned out ok but the nail tech was a very unhappy person who wouldn't talk to me. She told me to watch TV, I think she wanted to be left alone. You guys may be charging your techs too much...
My nails turned out ok but the nail tech was a very unhappy person who wouldn't talk to me. She told me to watch TV, I think she wanted to be left alone. You guys may be charging your techs too much to rent out a space or not paying them enough. She didn't seem happy there.

Katie is the best. Her cuticle work, polish, and certainly massage can't be beat. The bar is stocked with top shelf options for DAYS. I'll be back.

I went to this location last Thursday. After reading the reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. I wanted to make sure I got in with no problems lol! I called the same day and the lady that answered was very nice! When I got there around 4:00pm they told me to pick a color. I got a gel color/514 for my nails and toes. I wasn't sure of a color so I asked the man that was at the front desk. He was very nice and helped me with no hesitation. I got my pedicure done by ...a lady name Vain not sure if that's how you spell it, but she was very nice and quiet. I loved her, she definitely took her time on my pedicure and manicure. I was there about two hours, while I was enjoying my margarita I saw people coming in around 5:45pm and they were advise that they were booked for the day. Which you don't really see that often in a nail place. I feel like they really care about making the customer happy and giving them the best service, so they don't rush! Which is fine with me because I will definitely keep coming here. Especially with their bar and service this place will be my second home! Just a tip for anyone wanting to try this place is to make an appointment or call ahead to check if they are busy. See More

Scheduled first time appt at this location last week for mani/pedi- Katie was my technician. The place is big with plenty of stations. They were very professional and friendly. Katie took her time and was very attentive in doing a great job- I was pleased and will be back. The only thing negative to point out was I didn't get a topcoat of clear polish on my fingernails and of course the polish has already chipped.

Why advertise for walk ins when you aren't staffed for that?? I've tried 3 times to walk in and have been sent away.... yes, I know I can make an appointment, but the one time I tried I was told it was full. Once was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday! I'm a mom and occasionally get a spontaneous few hours to myself. I'm sad because My friend and I really needed and was going to splurge on the $86 mani/pedi! off to La Bella we go!

I could not think of going to another nail shop! I don’t ever have to make an appointment. I just walk in and whoever is available does an amazing job! I just kicked off my birthday with a party there and the staff treated my guest like family! Amazing time had by all!

Been a few times but wanted to leave a review. Make sure you make an appointment! I always make them on their Facebook. Easy! Yesterday, with an 11am appointment, got there at 10:30 and they helped me right away. The girl who did my toes was amazing. I don't talk much and it was nice to sit and relax. Scheduled first time appt at this location last week for mani/pedi- Katie was my technician. The place is big with plenty of stations. They were very professional and friendly. Katie took her time and was very attentive in doing a great job- I was pleased and will be back. The only thing negative to point out was I didn't get a topcoat of clear polish on my fingernails and of course the polish has already chipped.
