Booked appointment for 12:30 and was seen at 12:50. The ladies were so nice that I felt bad to tell them that my gel French tip nails (£30) were bumpy, had visibly uneven lines, layers, and the sides did not follow through. Probably won't come back here for nail services although I overheard one lady talking about how happy she was with her massage. Read Less

I've been coming to this salon for over a year after receiving a package as a present. I now have regular treatments with Becky including waxing, pedicure and gel manicure and recently treated myself to a facial and massage which was wonderful. I was between therapists (after eight years using a nearby one who has now sold up) and so checked this place out at the end of January 2014. I shouldn't have bothered! Whoever was on the desk gave me the impression that they were doing me a favour by even speaking to me, and that she was not remotely interested in my business. I wasn't given the opportunity to make an enquiry, let alone a booking. Instead told that they wanted to close. Clearly I should regard myself as not fitting in with The Beauty Room's profile of a desirable customer, as I was made to feel totally unwelcome on their premises and left having returned their price list to the display on the front desk.Despite a perfunctory apology from the owner over the above I shall never set foot in this business again!
