Had one of the best massages at Mirabella yesterday. The service was outstanding and the experience exceptional. So relaxing and personal and Val helped so much with a shoulder injury I have. A fantastic beauty salon with such lovely people, I will definitely be back!

I have found it very hard to find a good salon that do sculpted acrylic nails and I have to say Mirabella is the best one I've been to in Chelmsford, Vikki did my nails and they are amazing, will defo be going back there ♡ Would highly recommend!

I had my eye brows waxed/shaped about 3 weeks ago. The woman who did them put some lotion on after so it looked like the brows were fine. Went on holiday the next day and realised what a bad job it was. Stray hairs and long ones! Paid £10...won't go back. Shame as it's local.

The staff was friendly. However I had a gel manicure for my holidays and only after a day the colour start chipping. Now after 4 days I need to take them off because most of the gel polish has gone. That’s unacceptable and for the price I paid.

I have being having my lashes done since April and have not had any problems used to have classic with someone else but they were to heavy for my eyes so the lady recommended having Russians done and have not been happier. Have been going back for infill ever since. Brilliant job!

Had my lashes done just a little over 2 weeks ago and they’ve last so well! Leanne also managed to fit me in last minute and the staff was lovely at the shop. Will definitely go back

Really lovely customer service upon arrivial in the shop and throughout my experience. However, the process of having a full set of acrylics took nearly 3 hours and therefore I expected better quality...
Really lovely customer service upon arrivial in the shop and throughout my experience. However, the process of having a full set of acrylics took nearly 3 hours and therefore I expected better quality, this was not the case. I had my nails done for Prom (3 days in advance) but by the time Prom Day arrived, the nail varnish had already chipped on all of the acrylics and a few were already wobbly. The full set then gradually fell off over a period of a week and half and I was left with thin natural nails.
Less than satisfied with the quality and the price of a full set of acrylics.

The ladies in side are lovely and I enjoyed being in their presence but after 4 days a majority of the nails were loose and feeling wobbly. One then came off. I found it to be a waste of money and time (spent nearly 3 hours there) all because of the quality of the nails as they came off soon after

The lady who served me was very nice and the prices were reasonable. She also did a very good job on my eyebrows and bikini line. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going again.

I have being having my lashes done since April and have not had any problems used to have classic with someone else but they were to heavy for my eyes so the lady recommended having Russians done and have not been happier. Have been going back for infill ever since. Brilliant job!

Really lovely customer service upon arrivial in the shop and throughout my experience. However, the process of having a full set of acrylics took nearly 3 hours and therefore I expected better quality, this was not the case.
