I order my one move paints from here and i have found them to be very helpful and when an item hasnt been in stock they have called me and offered me an alternative and even offered a refund. however ...
I order my one move paints from here and i have found them to be very helpful and when an item hasnt been in stock they have called me and offered me an alternative and even offered a refund. however i really want that particular colour so i am happy to wait for the item since then i have wanted another colour, of which i called to double check when they will have the previous item i had ordered back in stock, i also asked if i ordered this other colour id like could they add this to the one im waiting for without the delivery charge. The lady on the other end was very accommidating and very polite. So far so good really like there customer service.

I would not recommend this company.
The products are good.
But the hassle and the terrible terrible customer services is enough to put you off for life.
If you ever have an issue, you'll be ignored,...
I would not recommend this company.
The products are good.
But the hassle and the terrible terrible customer services is enough to put you off for life.
If you ever have an issue, you'll be ignored, be blocked off their facebook page, and have your account with them closed.
I will take my custom elsewhere.

Since leaving this review, I received an abusive phone call from crystal nails HQ. Kerry Moores - who in the past has been incredibly helpful, decided to breach Data Protection laws, access my account to obtain my contact number and call me to give me grief for leaving an honest review.
Had i been contacted in a more professional manner, I would have considered removing my original feedback. But the phone call that I received, whilst in the presence of a client - who was as equally mortified as myself, proved the fact that their customer service really is terrible.
This is not an invitation for you to contact me again. All feedback left is factual and correct. If any of the Crystal Nails team breach Data Protection laws again and/or try to contact me, I will be taking matters further with the head office in Hungary.
