Can't believe how stupid some woman are on here with their stupid stupid reviews on this place! I really want to comment on how stupid they are. I have used this nail salon for years! They're kind hearted and will help you or fit you in no matter what?! They're not rude at all. And wouldn't go anywhere else because other nail shops in chelmford are not even friendly. Very disappointed with this nail shop. I have been coming here for months with no issues.. Until last Saturday I got a gel manicure and had my first lift and chip after just two days! It’s been a little over a week and each nail has lifted and chipped. I came into the store this evening (the first first chance I’ve had!) to be told there is no time to fix it.. (I arrived an hour before close!) I asked for them to at least soak it off for me, I’ve had gel removed many times before it’s a case of sitting and soaking your nail a few chips away and you’re done - hardly a 5 minute job! I do not have the tools to remove the gel myself and I am absolutely disgusted that you have let a good paying customer walk around with disgusting chipped nails I can now do nothing with until they all fall off or grow out!! I will not be using your services again and discourage anyone else from using your services also, as if there is an issue it cannot be resolved! Read Less
