Been coming here for some years mainly for a pedicure and sometimes nails. Generally very happy with how they look. However, had a pedicure yesterday and am somewhat disappointed. There was some initial confusion because I couldn't understand the man doing the job but we sorted that out. When he removed the toe separators he must have caught a few nails. I didn't spot this till I got home and on closer inspection the nails didn't have that usual shine. The polish was supp...osed to.be sparkly but didn't really show and looked very flat. Went back this morning and there was no problem getting the damaged polish redone but I didn't know which polish it was. They matched it to one in the book but looking at it and asking for other opinions, it doesn't look the same. The repainted nails do look better than the original job which leads me to believe that the top coat may have been omitted on the original job. The reason for writing this though is that the first guy answered his phone during my time and the one this morning had a lollipop in his mouth the whole time and I saw him dribbling a few times. I don't consider this to be professional practice and I think its rude. How can you give your full attention to the job or your client? π£ See More

will never go back to this salon i was laughed at for having a tremor in my hand this is because i have epilepsy somthing i cant help! I felt really uncomftable after that! Nails was painted really badly left with air bubbles so had to be repainted. My nails dont feel very sturdy like they could flick of at any point just all in all a bad salon.

Had a good few sets done here but the past few times the same man keeps asking if I have a boyfriend and how old I am, calling me beautiful etc. and the last time he spent the whole time looking down ...
Had a good few sets done here but the past few times the same man keeps asking if I have a boyfriend and how old I am, calling me beautiful etc. and the last time he spent the whole time looking down my top. Bit of a coincidence I end up with him everytime. My mum also was being questioned about how old she is and how old her children are. Inappropriate and unprofessional I don't expect them kind of questions when just going to get my nails done so I won't be going back!!

Lack of English speaking staff makes for difficulty in getting what u want. I've had some good sets of nails here but unfortunately the last time I went, the guy who did my nails put too wide of tips put on for my fingers he also cut my fingers tips in several places. I will not be going back now

Unhygienic and unprofessional, I went here to get SNS nail dipping done. The woman who did my nails was on her phone most of time including face timing 2 people! She caught me with the electric file several times as she kept looking elsewhere, her fingernails were dirty and she kept using them to pull my skin away from around my nail where it had bonded with the polish. She used the same powder to dust off my fingers that she did to clean off the desk! And my nails look lumpy and poor quality.

I've been coming 2 Chelmsford style nails for approx 13-14yrs hav had some wonderful ladies & guy doing my nails, unfortunately quite a few hav now moved on, however sarina runs a friendly happy nail bar, even after booking occasionally u may hav 2 wait a while due 2 thm being so busy, Vivienne was my lady but I now hav Mo, she's great x thank you sarina & your team I'd recommend this nail salon every time x

After seeing Acetone being recycled I will not be returning! I very much doubt there is a qualification between them all put together!
MMA Acrylic too no doubt as nothing labelled!

The nail artist was more interested in her mobile phone than paying attention to me. She lost concentration and filed my finger. Overall finish wasn't that good either and it's not exactly cheap

I've been coming to this same nail bar for the last 5yrs I absolutely think they're all amazing, my nails never break whether it's normal varnish or gel, oh and the manager makes a lovely cup of coff...
I've been coming to this same nail bar for the last 5yrs I absolutely think they're all amazing, my nails never break whether it's normal varnish or gel, oh and the manager makes a lovely cup of coffee lol. They have a whole load of nail colours and the DND range has a massive range of colours. DND is a brilliant nail gel plus DND comes in each of the same colour but in a normal varnish. With all this variety of nail varnishes and amazing nail artists well this is why I come here. I love going to Vivienne, she's fantastic, thankyou Vivienne xxx

Been coming here for some years mainly for a pedicure and sometimes nails. Generally very happy with how they look. However, had a pedicure yesterday and am somewhat disappointed. There was some initial confusion because I couldn't understand the man doing the job but we sorted that out. When he removed the toe separators he must have caught a few nails. will never go back to this salon i was laughed at for having a tremor in my hand this is because i have epilepsy somthing i cant help! I felt really uncomftable after that! Had a good few sets done here but the past few times the same man keeps asking if I have a boyfriend and how old I am, calling me beautiful etc. and the last time he spent the whole time looking down my top. Lack of English speaking staff makes for difficulty in getting what u want. I've had some good sets of nails here but unfortunately the last time I went, the guy who did my nails put too wide of tips put on for my fingers he also cut my fingers tips in several places. I will not be going back now

Unhygienic and unprofessional, I went here to get SNS nail dipping done. The woman who did my nails was on her phone most of time including face timing 2 people!
