I had a French shellac just a day before Christmas, 23rd December. Christmas day all started to peel off. I went back, 27th as they were closed over Christmas, show them and ask refund as I was going ...
I had a French shellac just a day before Christmas, 23rd December. Christmas day all started to peel off. I went back, 27th as they were closed over Christmas, show them and ask refund as I was going back to work and not aloud to wear nail polish at work, that is why I did not ask to have it again. owner lady wasn't happy with that so she said no refund, how dare I would ask refund, her husband came from back of the shop and started screaming at me,at one point I thought he will punch me, after 10 minutes arguing, lady calm her husband down and offered me to come back and get it done next time when I can have and it will be free of charge and gave me a card, signed by herself . Went back just before Easter holiday to get it done and show the lady owner who gave me the card, she said can't do free can give 10% discount, and they started arguing both again, insulting shouting at me, I was shocked never been treatedso badly at anywhere and go there and never recommend to anyone!!

Really good service! Generally you can just walk in and and they always happy to help. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks they last well and always done to the same good standard!

I had a French shellac just a day before Christmas, 23rd December. Christmas day all started to peel off.
