I have just had a great manicure and pedicure at Unique. Joanne and Sally did my treatment and were excellent. Lovely clean salon and high quality service. I am a bit fussy about who does my pedicure, but this time it was simply the best. Very happy and impressed

Always use these guys to get my nails and waxing done. Go every fortnight. Brilliant job and amazing girls. They can get very busy but I’ve never had a problem with them.

I'm not the one to complain about stuff but this was an awful experienc - I want there to take my extensions off and re-do my nails.

I'm not the one to complain about stuff but this was an awful experienc - I want there to take my extensions off and re-do my nails.
Firstly whilst taking my extensions off, it was done in such a rushed and careless way that the bits of extension were thrown into my face and my eye and I had to run to the sink and wash my eye. I could have gone blind!
They explained that it's normal and it happens!!
Secondly when I had my nails done (not extension this time) after two days the gel looked cracked and discoloured. The nail polish looked all lumpy and awful.
When I called and told them about it, they simply told me that there's nothing I can do and I have to pay for it to be re-done.
Staff are rude and the service is poor.

Nails always look great. Only 4 instead of 5 stars as the waiting time can be long at the weekends but will still keep going there as I love how professional they work!

I have been to Unique nails several times but I wish I hadn't kept putting myself through it! It was purely for convenience. Staff are consistently rude. All of them. They are heavy handed, there is no personal touch and they act as though they've never seen you before even if you've been in the week before. On top of the bad attitude they give you, the job they do is below par. On one occasion they completely butchered my fingers, repeatedly cutting them with the electric buffing tool. My fingers hurt for days afterwards. The waiting times are shocking too. I could go on forever about how bad they are! I'm surprised they are still in business.

Absolutely ridiculous ....😡😡😡I booked an appointment 11.30 am and was waiting for more 40 mins, obviously I left the shop, because I didn't have the whole day waiting for them to do my nails... Big...

I have been to Unique nails several times but I wish I hadn't kept putting myself through it! It was purely for convenience. Staff are consistently rude. All of them. They are heavy handed, there is no personal touch and they act as though they've never seen you before even if you've been in the week before.
